Greene County Fair horse show winners announced
The Horse and Pony Club released the results of the 4-H horse show Saturday at the Greene County Fair.
Rachel Koratich of Waynesburg finished in first place in Western Grooming and Showmanship, Junior Division, Pole Bending Ponies, Junior Rider and Barrel Race Ponies, Junior Rider.
Nathaniel Cumer of Jefferson finished in second place in Western Grooming and Showmanship, Intermediate Division.
Madison Kovach of Jefferson finished in first place in Western Grooming and Showmanship, Intermediate Division and Beginner Western Pleasure.
Morgan Mooney of Graysville finished in first place in Pole Bending Horses, Junior Rider, Barrel Race Horses, Junior Rider and Raised Box Keyhole Horses, Junior Rider, and third place in Western Grooming and Showmanship, Intermediate Division.
All of these 4-H members are now qualified to advance to the District Horse Show to be held at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds Sept. 9 to 11.
