Jessica Faith Powell, 23, 127 Maple Terrace, Washington; retail theft; charged April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation; restitution to Sunsational Tan Salon, South Strabane Township, no further contact with the business; complete classes to deter retail theft.
Theodore Melencheck, 30, 160 Garden St., Canonsburg; theft; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution.
Kenneth L. Hanning, 39, 78 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington; endangering the welfare of children and harassment; charged June 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, fined $300; complete anger management and parenting courses.
Joshua Jimenez, 32, 108 ½ McNutt St., Houston; possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 6: sentence – 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, 25 hours of community service.
Joshua Klose, 20, 480 Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment.
Stephen Greyshock, 47, 568 Park Way, Monongahela; defiant trespass; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Howard Rickey Camp, 59, 800 E. Beau St., Washington; making false statements when applying for a gun permit; charged July 31, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
James Robertson Brock, 29, of 627 Reed Ave., Monessen; defiant trespass; charged May 30; sentence – 12 months of probation, disorderly conduct, $300 fine.
Diane K. Bugaile, 22, 40 Belair Drive, Washington; retail theft; charged April 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with Walmart; complete classes to deter retail theft.
Joseph Signorello, 32, 111 Herbst Road, Coraopolis; retail theft; charged Feb. 29; sentence – 3 years of probation, no contact with Sam’s Club, Trinity Point, restitution and 100 hours of community service.
Kelly C. Willard, 38, 990 Broad St., Washington; retail theft; charged March 8; sentence – 18 months of probation, 100 hours of community service; no contact with Family Dollar; mental health evaluation.
Anthony Sutterfield, 19, 107 Wayne St., Claysville; possession of a prohibited offensive weapon; charged April 22; sentence – 12 months of probation; drug and alcohol assessment, forfeiture of brass knuckles for destruction.
Brenda Louise Ostlund, 48, 326 Graham St., Belle Vernon; retail theft; charged April 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution to Walmart, no contact, complete classes to deter retail theft.
William Mark Morris Jr., 33, 146 Broadmore Drive, Washington; received advance payment and failed to perform services (home improvement fraud); charged April 5; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 75 hours of community service.
Leah Lauderbaugh, 32, 163 Chess St., New Eagle; simple assault, terroristic threats; charged May 10; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with victim or her children, comply with a mental health assessment.
Matthew David Lane, 45, Pittsburgh; harassment; charged Feb. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation; anger management course; no contact with victims and their families unless permitted by court order.
Alexander D. Higgins, 21, 607 Eighth St., Charleroi; criminal mischief, disorderly conduct; charged Sept. 24, 2015; sentence – $100 fine, no contact with victims; restitution.
Danielle Gordon, 33, 228 Oak St., Washington; forgery of a prescription for Percocet; charged Sept. 9, 2015; sentence – 24 months of probation, drug and alcohol assessment, random testing.
Brenen Casey Greer, 29, 122 Maple St. Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 1; sentence – 12 months of probation, random drug and alcohol testing.
Brian Gallagher, 21, 8036 Jupiter Drive, Hopewell, Beaver County; theft from a motor vehicle and conspiracy; charged Nov. 30, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation, drug and alcohol evaluation, follow treatment, 25 hours of community service, pay restitution with a co-defendant.
Aaron Amuso, 27, 766 Old National Pike, Claysville; simple assault, harassment; charged May 12; sentence – 24 months of probation, $300 fine.
Amanda Freeman, 32, 240 N. College St., Washington; access device fraud, theft; charged June 1, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service.
Jamie Fisher, 33, 520 Second St., California; theft; charged April 25; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution to former employer, Campy’s Restaurant.
Lindsey Michelle Cain, 34, 399 Race St., Waynesburg; retail theft, defiant trespass; charged March 8; sentence – 18 months of probation, no contact with Target store, complete classes to deter retail theft.

Brian Ardeno, 32, 482 W. Wylie Ave., Washington; flight to avoid apprehension; charged Feb. 19; sentence – 23 months of probation concurrent with a previous charge.
Takoda Timothy Runco, 23, 231 Hamtom Road, Eighty Four; theft, flight to avoid apprehension; charged April 11; sentence – 23 months of probation concurrent with a previous charge, restitution.

Dawn L. Andrus, 49, 1102 Grant St., Bulger; welfare fraud; charged April 28; 24 months pf probation, $1,392 in restitution.
Amanda Zooner, 25, 1004 Hunters Ridge, Brownsville; retail theft; charged April 25; placed on probation for 12 months; complete classes to deter retail theft; no contact with Walmart, restitution.
Roger Staley, 60, 41 Stanley Road, Claysville; theft by deception and forgery; charged May 17; placed on 12 months probation, ordered to pay restitution to Chrome Federal Credit Union.
Jordan Thomas Irwin, 21, 787 Regent Drive, Washington; criminal mischief; charged April 12; placed on 12 months probation, restitution.
Denise Greco, 44, 60 Mill St., Washington; forgery, theft and receiving stolen property; charged May 3; placed on 12 months probation, mental health evaluation, follow recommendations.
Maria Lynne Frabell, 29, 196 Ellis Ave., Washington; failure to make required disposition of funds and theft; charged Dec. 16; placed on two years of probation, $11,150 in restitution to Pizza Hut.
