Carmichaels Activities Center, also known as Carmichaels Senior Center, on Nemacolin Road will host a dance from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday featuring the country band Outpost. Admission is $8. The event benefits the center. For information call 724-966-2290.
A free clothing giveaway will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Rices Landing United Methodist church located at 125 Main St. in Rices Landing. There will be a bake sale.
The 6th annual West Virginia Women’s Extravaganza will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mylan Park’s Ruby Community Center, 500 Mylan Park Lane near Morgantown, W.Va. The event will include 90 vendor booths, wine and chocolate tasting, breast cancer bingo, a 1:30 p.m. seminar, cooking demonstrations, health screenings and a fashion show. Admission is $8.
