Man sentenced in vampire role-playing, teen sex case
GREENSBURG (AP) – A Pennsylvania man who had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl as part of a vampire role-playing game in which he also drank her blood must spend 10 years on probation, the first two of which he’ll also be confined to his home.
Twenty-two-year-old Jonathan Ryan Davis of Vandergrift was sentenced Thursday by a Westmoreland County judge. He pleaded guilty to statutory sexual assault for an incident involving the girl in a church stairwell after both had been drinking.
Prosecutors pushed for a jail sentence because Davis previously received probation in juvenile court for impregnating a 12-year-old girl.
Davis told police he drank the blood from the arm of his victim and two other girls as part of a role-playing game he read about online. He apologized for his actions.
