An unclaimed winning Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $112,500 sold in Washington County will soon expire, according to lottery officials.

The ticket was sold by Giant Eagle, 200 Station St., McDonald, and is one of two tickets that shared a $225,000 jackpot for the December 18, 2015, drawing. It correctly matched all five white balls drawn, which were 6-18-36-39-42.

Lottery officials said the prize claim must be filed by Friday, Dec. 16. They encourage claimants to sign the back of the ticket, call the lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at any of the lottery’s seven area offices.

By law, expired lottery prizes will remain in the lottery fund and will be used to support programs that benefit older Pennsylvanians.
