Car taken: Jamie Lynn Lockhart of 528 McNary Ave. told Canonsburg police Thursday that her silver, 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier was taken without her permission by her boyfriend, who may have driven it to Pittsburgh.

Drug charges: Charles Levers, 48, of Marietta, Ga., and Marcy Conklin, 39, of 300 Hilltop Lane, Washington, were charged by state police with possession and possession with intent to deliver heroin after they allegedly were found with the drugs when a search warrant was served at a home on Bench Avenue in Canton on Jan. 15, 2015. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Theft charge: William Crupe, 66, of 533 Bower Ave., Canton, was charged with theft in a private criminal complaint filed at the office of District Judge David Mark by a South Franklin woman. The alleged victim claims that she gave Crupe two Victorian chairs and material to reupholster them. She also reportedly gave him $475 as a deposit for the work. The complainant claims he has not returned the chairs or money.

Theft, mischief charges: Randall Lee Bell, 24, of 700 N. Main St., Chartiers, was arraigned Thursday before District Judge David Mark on charges of theft and criminal mischief filed by Chartiers police for allegedly stealing a woman’s purse and putting cigarette butts in the tank of her car in the 600 block of North Main Street on Oct. 29. Mark set bond at $10,000 on Bell, who is in Washington County Jail on a probation violation.

Student charged: Jason A. Dillon, 18 of 283 Fox Road, Avella, was charged by the Avella School District police officer with public intoxication and possession of a weapon on school property after he reportedly took a utility knife to Western Area Career and Technology Center, Western Avenue, Chartiers, on Nov. 16. Police said he was under the influence of a controlled substance. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Two hurt: Ralph DiPasquale, 72, and Cynthia DiPasquale, 67, both of Punta Gorda, Fla., were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of McClelland Road, North Strabane police said. The other driver was identified as Barbie L. Castrucci, 36, of 212 Meadowview Drive, Canonsburg. North Strabane police are continuing their investigation.

Daughter charged: Taylor M. Wagner, 19, of 17 Willow St., North Strabane, was charged by township police with theft after she allegedly took her mother’s vehicle without permission Nov. 17. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Assault charge: Keith A. Thomas, 31, of Uniontown, was charged by North Strabane police with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment stemming from a Sept. 18 confrontation with his girlfriend in a room at the Double Tree, 340 Racetrack Road. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Threats charge: Albert Lambert, 57, of 670 S. Lakeside Drive, North Strabane, was charged by township police with harassment and terroristic threats after he allegedly threatened to kill a neighbor Nov. 15. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Woman charged: Amy Lynn Warsinski, 38, of 319 Bridlewood Court, North Strabane, was charged by township police with simple assault and harassment for allegedly striking her fiance in the face during a Nov. 22 confrontation at their home. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Road rage allegations: Geno Santoni, 61, of 261 N. Main St., Houston, was charged by North Strabane police with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct for allegedly brandishing a gun during an Oct. 14 road rage incident on Route 19. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Drug charge: John M. Salvitti, 50, of 100 Iron Horse Drive, Venetia, was charged by state police at the Meadows Casino last week with possession of cocaine after he allegedly dropped the drug on the casino floor last December. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Theft charge: Mark J. Mamula, 51, of Pittsburgh, was charged last week by state police at the Meadows Casino with theft of mislaid property after he allegedly picked up a $274 voucher and failed to return it to the owner in February. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Underage drinking: A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with underage drinking and disorderly conduct on Nov. 26. Peters Township police received a call about 2:20 a.m. from a residence on Pine Ridge Drive reporting that someone threw eggs and beer cans on the property. Police said that when they checked the area, they found the teenager nearby, and he tried to flee but was apprehended.

Unauthorized use charge: Kevin Bruce, 39, of 16 Church St., Millsboro, was charged by South Strabane police with unauthorized use and driving under suspension after he reportedly did not return his girlfriend’s vehicle on Monday after dropping her off for work at a Washington Road business. The charges will be sent by summons from the of District Judge Jay Weller.

Charged in crash: Eric W. Coursey, 22, of 1651 Fourth St., Monongahela, was charged by South Strabane police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of a crash, possession of heroin and paraphernalia and traffic violations stemming from a two-vehicle crash Nov. 10 on East Beau Street at Clare Drive. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.

Wallet stolen: Christopher White of Strabane told South Strabane police Thursday that his wallet containing $100 and his debit card was stolen after he accidentally dropped it when it fell through a hole in his pocket while he was at Home Depot on Murtland Avenue.
