Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Rogelio Carrillo, 27, of Charleroi; false ID to law enforcement and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked; charged Oct. 10, 2015; sentence – six months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month license suspension.

Scott S. Taylor, 46, of Charleroi; corruption of minors; charged March 1, 2012; sentence – five years of probation and no contact with victim.

Scott Boyer, 34, R.D. 1 Box 417, Elderton; driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and possession of a controlled substance; charged March 30; sentence – 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12 months of probation.

Kevin W. Demain, 40, 1602 Donnan Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, driving while license is suspended or revoked, terroristic threats, defiant trespassing, simple assault, arson and criminal mischief; charged Sept. 7, 2015, June 3, 2015, and May 2 and June 4; sentence – 90 days in jail, five years of probation and restitution.

Stanley A. Morris, 28, 193 Taylor Run Road, Monongahela; possession with intent to deliver; charged July 1, 2015; sentence – 19 months in the intermediate punishment program.

Travon L. Loveings, 27, 143 Brownsville Road, Apt. 1, Pittsburgh; retail theft, false reports to law enforcement and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged March 29, 2014 and Dec. 12, 2015; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, no contact with Saks Fifth Avenue, H&M, Tanger Outlets and the victim.

Robert L. Austin Jr., 19, 1050 Findlay St., Washington; conspiracy to commit robbery and two counts of robbery; charged Sept. 16, 2015; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and restitution.

Georgetta V. Ledbetter, 30, 174 Jollick Manor, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia, false ID to law enforcement and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Nov. 17, 2015; sentence – 60 days in jail, 12 months of probation and $500 fine.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle was:

Tiffany Ryan, 40, 1913 Golf Course Drive, Washington; accident involving personal injury; charged April 18; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Appearing before Judge Valarie Costanzo were:

Joshua L. Snyder, 36, 1213 Hillcrest St., Monongahela; DUI; charged Feb. 13; sentence – $300 fine, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, operating privileges suspended for 12 months and ignition interlock device for 12 months.

David L. Mellinger, 42, 105 Ginger Hill Road, Finleyville; DUI; charged Nov. 23, 2015; sentence – $300 fine, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, operating privileges suspended for 12 months and ignition interlock device for 12 months.

Jennifer Marie McCarthy, 32, 447 Ridge Ave., Canonsburg; DUI and endangering the welfare of children; charged Feb. 2; sentence – $1,000 fine, five years in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months of electronic home monitoring, five years of probation with work release, 18 month license suspension and 12 month ignition interlock device.

Brenen C. Greer, 29, 122 Maple St., Canonsburg; DUI; charged Jan. 27; sentence – $300 fine, six months in the intermediate punishment program and 10 days of electronic home monitoring.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:

Robert F. Badish Jr., 37, 300 Prospect St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged March 31; sentence – three years of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service, no contact with Walmart and retail theft class.

Colton W. Weber, 19, 412 Birch Ave., New Eagle; retail theft; charged May 31; sentence – $300 fine and no contact with Family Dollar.

Candis Mason, 43, 523 Ridge Road, Georgetown; disorderly conduct, failure to immediately notify police department of accident and failure to stop and render aid; charged May 6; sentence – six months of probation, $50 fine and no contact with victim.

Richard M. Kriston Jr., 55, 4498 Finleyville Elrama Road, Finleyville; four counts of aggravated assault by vehicle and DUI; charged April 4, 2014; sentence – 12 to 24 months in jail, three years of probation, restitution and $5,000 fine.

Bradley K. Francis, 32, 330 Main St., W. Brownsville; burglary; charged May 11; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program.

Selena A. Harty, 39, 1631 Compromise St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged May 5; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Kayla M. Kailing, 29, 32 Rosewood Drive, Charleroi; forgery; charged March 20, 2014; sentence – five years of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Michael Tatar, 29, 61 Hoon St., Monongahela; three counts of retail theft; charged Dec. 28, 2015, Jan. 14 and April 11; sentence – two years of probation, restitution, 175 hours of community service, no contact with Lowe’s, Target and Field & Stream, 24 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring and retail theft classes.

Edsel Borger Jr., 31, 886 Addison St., Washington; harassment and two counts of simple assault; charged May 7, 2015, April 17 and May 10; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, restitution, no contact with victim, two years of probation and $100 fine.

Tyrique L. Jackson-Crosby, 20, 601 Fallowfield Ave., Apt. 19, Charleroi; delivery of a controlled substance; charged June 9; sentence – two years of probation and 100 hours of community service.

Gregory A. Williams, 56, 69 Highland Ave., Burgettstown; DUI and driving with blood-alcohol content of 0.02 or greater while license is suspended; charged Jan. 10, 2015; sentence – 48 months in the intermediate punishment program, 18 months of electronic home monitoring with SCRAM, $2,800 fine and 150 hours of community service.

Michael P. Daley, 26, 416 Highland Ave., Charleroi; theft by unlawful taking and driving with a suspended license; charged July 29; sentence – three years of probation, $200 fine and no contact with victim.

Shayne Moore, 25, 510 E. Maiden St., Apt. B, Washington; simple possession; charged Feb. 25; sentence – 24 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Shawn A. Sessoms, 21, 575 Fayette St., Washington; two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; charged April 12 and May 4; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.

Mark Stroup Jr., 31, 256 Second St., Allison; theft by unlawful taking; charged Oct. 22, 2015; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution, no contact with the victim and 200 hours of community service.

Brandy Bujanowski, 21, 400 Washington Ave., Apt. 4, Charleroi; delivery of a controlled substance; charged June 4; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and 100 hours of community service.

Larry G. Bolling, 23, 626 Twilight Dr., West Newton; conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged March 3; sentence – 12 months of probation, 50 hours of community service, no contact with Kohl’s and no contact with the co-defendants.

Terry L. Kover, 48, 104 Piersol Ave., Bentleyville; theft by unlawful taking; charged Aug. 7, 2014; sentence – 90 days of probation and restitution.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the ARD program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:

Mellissa R. Wise, 36, 272 Park Ave., Washington, 12 months; Lloyd R. Ealy, 51, 303 Festival Road, Washington, 12 months; Marlena R. Maucieri, 22, 752 Lockhart St., Washington, 12 months; Michael D. Kusky, 50, 160 Wylie Ave., Strabane, 12 months; William R. Walters, 50, 43 Preston Road, Finleyville, 12 months; Antonio J. Rosa, 21, 1606 Clarkton St., Pittsburgh, 12 months.

Carrie N. Slider, 20, 19 Applewood Drive, New Eagle, was admitted to ARD for 12 months for prostitution, and Carolyn M. Armstrong, 46, of Belle Vernon, was admitted for 12 months for theft of services.
