Students from Greene County’s five school districts will perform at 7 p.m. today in the district choir and band concert. Admission is $5 and the concert will be held in the Waynesburg Central High School auditorium.
Washington & Jefferson College will screen Oscar-nominated films this weekend in advance of Sunday’s Academy Awards ceremony. The films will be screened beginning at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Olin Fine Arts Center.
Live action shorts will be shown on Friday and animated short subjects will be shown on Saturday. Tickets are $12 per person, and one ticket is valid for both nights. Tickets can be purchased by calling the box office at 724-223-OLIN.
