Disorderly conduct: John Anthony Nowakowski, 26, of 781 Maxwell Ave., La Belle, and William Curtis Kennedy, 32, of 218 W. Greene St., Waynesburg, were each charged by state police with disorderly conduct for fighting June 18 in the Sheetz parking lot, in Franklin Township.

Domestic dispute: Daniel Ray Lemley, 50, of 330 Flowers St., Waynesburg, was charged by state police with simple assault and harassment for allegedly punching his girlfriend in the face three times and holding her to the ground July 1 at a residence at 111 Acklin Row, Jefferson Township.
