WAYNESBURG – Greene County Sheriff Brian Tennant released the following activity report for June:

• The office processed 47 civil actions and served 45 documents related to civil actions.

• It processed two real estate sales, served papers related to one real estate sale and posted two real estate notices.

• The office processed 14 protection-from-abuse actions and served papers related to nine protection-from-abuse actions. One protection-from-abuse violation was investigated.

• The office processed 82 licenses to carry concealed weapons and one license to sell firearms.

• Sheriff’s deputies received four warrants and served nine warrants.

• Deputies transported 14 state prison inmates and made 58 county transports.

• The office performed two special details and assisted outside law enforcement agencies four times.

• Deputies performed 20 traffic stops.

• Mileage traveled by deputies for the month was 3,944.
