Police beat July 15
Man cited for threats: Brian M. Lavins, 20, of 198 March Ave., Nemacolin, was cited for harassment and trespassing after state police said he threatened to punch a 21-year-old man and refused to leave Circle K at 202 W. George St. when asked to do so by store workers July 6.
Harassment: David Davis, 60, and Colleen Davis, 47, both of 229 S. Market St., Carmichaels, were each cited for harassment after state police said they got into a fight on South Market Street in the borough June 4.
Tools stolen: Tools were stolen from a garage at 111 Second St. in Rogersville Sunday, state police said.
Harassment: Jamie Marie Hilverding, 33, of 30 Grandview Drive, Waynesburg, was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct for allegedly fighting with her neighbor on their street Sunday morning, state police said.
