Account accessed: Thomas A. McKinley of Burgettstown told McDonald police Thursday his credit card information was used to make a $178 purchase at Dollar General in McDonald.

Vehicle damaged: Jeffrey Painter, 122 Center Ave., Burgettstown, told McDonald police Tuesday his tire was damaged. Criminal mischief charges will be filed against the suspected culprit.

Assault arrest: Stephen Lukac Jr., 22, of 422 Blaine Ave., Canonsburg, was arrested Friday by Canonsburg police on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment after he allegedly pushed and threatened Megan Lukac during a confrontation at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and released from Washington County jail after posting $35,000 bond.

Collection stolen: The pastor of St. Patrick Church, 317 W. Pike St., told Canonsburg police Saturday money was stolen from the collection baskets for the evening Mass.

DUI crash: Robert O’Neil, 54, of 33 W. College St., Canonsburg, will be charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he allegedly crashed his vehicle into a pole near his home Friday. He refused treatment and refused a blood alcohol test.

Tire punctured: Donna Bails, 247 N. Jefferson Ave., told Canonsburg police Friday a tire on her vehicle was punctured. Charges are pending against the alleged vandal.

Generator stolen: Justin Massey told Canonsburg police Sunday a 10,500-watt generator was stolen from property on West Pike Street.

DUI charges: Jerry Baugh, 51, of 2005 Center St., Moundsville, W.Va., faces three DUI charges by summons, state police said, following a June 8 crash on Interstate 70 west near mile marker 13 when he was found unresponsive.

Theft of tools: Michael A. Amati, 31, of 1288 Country Club Road, Carroll Township, is charged by township police with theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse him of stealing tools valued at $1,305 belonging to Cole McFarlane about 11 p.m. Thursday from a pickup truck he borrowed and didn’t return as expected. Amati will receive the charges in a summons from District Judge Mark Wilson.

Burglary arrest: Krista Jo Paulik, 24, of Marysville, Ohio, was arraigned Friday before District Judge Ethan Ward on warrants obtained by state police on charges of burglary, theft, conspiracy and criminal mischief. She is accused of stealing items valued at $4,105 from a home in Cross Creek and items valued at $1,200 from a home in Independence last year. She was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Simple assault: McDonald Borough police arrested Michael Shane Cook, 51, of 102 Noblestown Road, Apt. 3, Midway, Sunday night at a home on Maple Avenue in Burgettstown. Police said Cook allegedly struck Tracy Lynn Darley, also of 102 Noblestown Road, when she got into a vehicle. Darnley had red marks on her neck and face. Cook was charged with simple assault, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment. He was arraigned Monday before District Judge James Ellis, who released him on his own recognizance.

Extradition order: Lamont R. Taylor, 37, no address given, was placed in Washington County jail Saturday after Monongahela police found he is wanted in Georgia for numerous felony charges. According to police, Taylor appeared to be intoxicated when police were called to the 200 block of Chess Street for a suspicious man. Taylor allegedly gave officers a fake name and date of birth. District Judge Ethan Ward committed Taylor to Washington County jail, where he is awaiting extradition to Georgia.

Assault charges: Christopher O’Brien, 21, and Chase O’Brien, 19, both of 617 Lincoln St., Monongahela, were placed in Washington County jail Saturday after allegedly attacking a man. According to Monongahela police, the O’Briens drove to the home of John Greyshock, who was sitting on his porch in the 500 block of Parkway Street, and, after a brief argument, knocked him to the ground. They allegedly punched and kicked him. Police said one of the O’Briens may have dated a family member of Greyshock. Christopher O’Brien was placed in jail on a probation detainer and Chase O’Brien was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward and placed in jail on $25,000 bond. Both are charged with simple assault, criminal conspiracy, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Assault alleged: Robert Shackelford, 34, of 629 10th St., Monessen, is charged by city police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment over allegations he choked and struck Joy Blystone about 1:30 a.m. Friday in his residence, court records show. Shackelford is in Westmoreland County jail on $25,000 bond set by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Man alleges assault: Chevonne Renee Brooks, 36, of 479 Reed Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. She is accused of breaking a television belonging to Allen Giles and also striking him in the eye about 5:30 p.m. Friday at 848 Donner Ave. Brooks is free on $5,000 bond set by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Assault arrest: Stacey Chesterpal, 45, of 60 Carl Ave., Eighty Four, was arrested Saturday by North Strabane police after she allegedly assaulted Allen Glunt during a confrontation at their home. She was arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward on charges of simple assault and harassment and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Counterfeit money: State police at The Meadows Casino said a counterfeit $100 bill was passed Saturday morning at the venue.

Two charged: Angela M. Mammarelli, 53, of 1030 Meridian Drive, Presto, and Joseph Easton, 67, of 269 Thompsonville Road, McMurray, were arrested Sunday by Peters police after allegedly assaulting each other in a parking lot on Valleybrook Road. Mammarelli was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and criminal mischief for allegedly trying to stab Easton with a screwdriver. She reportedly ran her vehicle into his vehicle. He was charged with simple assault for allegedly assaulting her. Both were arraigned before District Judge Ethan Ward. She was released from Washington County jail Monday after posting $35,000 bond. He was released from jail Monday after posting $20,000 bond.

Vehicle rolls: Kevin Staley, 50, of 7-B Staley Lane, Washington, escaped injury about noon Friday when his pickup truck went off Davis School Road near Munce Ridge Road, rolled over and hit a tree, South Strabane police said.

Shots fired: Washington police were called about 11 p.m. Friday to Houston Street and Lemoyne Avenue for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, police found a large group of people. Witnesses told police 13 to 15 shots were fired and that a green car and gray or silver Ford Mustang left the scene. Police found a dozen shell casings, two from a .25-caliber weapon and 10 from a 9mm.

Counterfeit money: Washington police said a counterfeit $100 bill was used to make a $21.99 purchase Friday at Rite Aid, 1001 Jefferson Ave.

Trespass charge: Theodore Frye, 59, of 605 Lagonda Road, South Franklin Township, was charged Sunday by Washington police with criminal trespass after he was found inside a vacant house at 826 Chartiers St.

Disorderly charge: Donna Titchnell, 33, of 550 Broad St., was charged Sunday by Washington police with misdemeanor disorderly conduct after a disturbance at her home. Police said she reportedly cut up her husband’s T-shirts. When she was outside, she was reportedly yelling and did not listen to police orders to keep her hands in the air.

Windows, doors stolen: Nicholas Retos of East Washington told Washington police Sunday four glass block windows and four wooden doors were stolen from a house at 455 Duncan Ave.

PFA violation: Justin Barfield, 31, of 1030 Addison St., Washington, will be charged with violating a protection from abuse order after he allegedly went Sunday to the home of Jessica Gregg, 147 Brookside Ave., and kicked at the kitchen window.

Paraphernalia charge: Skyler George, 26, of 48 Chestnut Ridge Road, Lone Pine, will be charged by Washington police with possession of paraphernalia. Police found him with empty stamp bags of suspected heroin after he reportedly overdosed on the drug inside 515 Fayette St. Sunday.

Faces charges: Robert Donahue, 33, of Pittsburgh, will be charged by Washington police with possession of narcotics and criminal trespass stemming from two incidents at the Washington Hospital emergency room Saturday. During the first call, he was found with an unknown pill and was told to leave. Police returned a short time later after being called by security when Donahue refused to leave.

Drug charges: Leon Lee McClain, 27, of 184 Laurie Lane, Washington, faces a drug possession charge by summons following a July 6 incident on North Main Street, Washington police said, when he was found leaning against a pole with his eyes closed and carrying a needle, spoon and three empty heroin stamp bags.

Drug charges: Autumn Styslinger, 29, of 441 Extension Ave., faces four charges of drug possession stemming from July 7 and 15 overdose indicents at her residence in which she was found with a collective 37 prescription pills and 10 empty heroin stamp bags, Washington police said.
