Concealed carry seminar planned
State Sens. Guy Reschenthaler, R-Jefferson Hills, and Mark Mustio, R-Moon Township, will host a concealed carry seminar from 9 a.m. to noon Aug. 20 at Pittsburgh Technical College, 1111 McKee Road, Oakdale.
Speakers with the Allegheny County district attorney’s office, state police, state Game Commission and others will present information about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry process and answer questions. Among the topics to be covered are: how to obtain a permit to carry a concealed weapon; enforcement of the laws; self-defense; reciprocity laws and hunting laws and regulations.
