Coroner identifies man whose body was found near tracks
The Washington County coroner has identified the man whose body was found next to railroad tracks in Washington Tuesday night.
Edward Clyde Woording, 44, who had no known address, was found about 7:40 p.m. in the area of 124 W. Maiden St., according to Coroner Tim Warco.
Woording was pronounced dead at 8:49 p.m. Determination of the cause and manner of his death are pending an autopsy, although Warco said he suspects a drug overdose. Warco asks that anyone with any information about Woording call the coroner’s office at 724-228-6785.
Washington police are investigating.
