Stalking charges: Joseph G. Willis, 61, of Donora, was arrested Monday on charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and stalking for an ongoing incident with residents in the 500 block of Green Street, said California police.

Assault charge: North Strabane Township police arrested Michael David Kushey, 50, of 160 Wylie Ave., on an assault charge Thursday at his residence. Police said Kushey became aggressive with his son and shoved him and attempted to punch him following a verbal argument. Kushey was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis, who released him on his own recognizance. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Aug. 5 before District Judge Jay Weller.

Drug charges: Amelia Anne Pajerski, 38, of 110 Skyline Drive, and Seth Joseph Grooms, 37, of 1020 Boulder St., face charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia following a Tuesday arrest in an empty parking lot between Belle Vernon and Monessen, Rostraver police said.

Terroristic threats charges: Brinton Alexander Shoop, 34, of 1948 W. Chestnut St., Washington, was arrested Thursday evening at Washington Hospital. Police said Shoop became aggressive with emergency room personnel and threatened them. He was charged with terroristic threats to cause serious injury, public inconvenience, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Shoop was arraigned Friday before District Judge James Ellis and jailed on $2,500 bond. He has a preliminary hearing at 11 a.m. Aug. 5 before District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Harassment charge: Jacob Lamont Tripoli, no age or address given, faces a charge of harassment in connection with an alleged altercation with a 21-year-old woman from Washington July 10 at 10 Bel Air Drive, state police said.

Assault alleged: Lester Charles Cole, 50, no address listed, was arrested Thursday on charges of assault and harassment for an incident near Berthel Avenue and Chartiers Creek in which he allegedly shoved Monica Lynn Hoberek, no address listed, causing her to strike her head on the ground, state police said.

Harassment charge: Ryan Moye, 33, of 18 Oak St., faces a harassment charge by summons after Chanel Allen of East Katherine Avenue reported to police Thursday she was assaulted by Moye in front of her children. He allegedly kicked her in the chest, knocking her to the ground, and held her head down with his knee, Washington police said.
