Greene County ARD program
WAYNESBURG – Eleven criminal defendants were entered into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program last week by Greene County Judge Louis Dayich.
Those accepted into the program must serve at least one year probation and pay all fines and costs. Defendants charged with driving under the influence of alcohol also may have their driving privileges suspended and be required to refrain from the use or possession of alcohol.
Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their criminal records expunged.
Walter David Allen McNary, 24, of 365 Browns Creek Road, Waynesburg, charged with false identification to law enforcement officials and six summary violations; his dirt bike was stopped by police on June 16, 2015; he gave a false identity.
Nathan Joseph Dale Sapp, 23, of 528 Third St., Isabella, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, carrying a firearm without a license; his vehicle was stopped Sept. 23; Sapp failed a field sobriety test and told officers he had taken Suboxone; he had a firearm in his vehicle, but had no permit to carry one.
Walterrio Tyree McMillian, 27, of 1937 Oak Forest Road, Waynesburg, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and two summary violations; arrested Nov. 25, he had a blood-alcohol content level of .160 percent.
Gary Duane Smith, 28, of 217 E. Maiden St., Washington, charged with DUI and two summary violations; arrested Dec. 5, he had a BAC of .08 percent.
Troy Londo Celli, 23, of 380 Grant St., Nemacolin, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment; on Dec. 19, Celli slapped a woman at his home; he was found in possession of Subutex, a straw with Subutex residue and a bowl with marijuana residue.
Darla Lynne Crow, 53, of 105 Crucible Road, Crucible, charged with DUI and two summary violations; arrested Jan. 27, she had a BAC of .191 percent.
Billy Jo Bainbridge, 42, of 215 Second Ave., Crucible, charged with DUI and two summary violations; arrested Dec. 22, he had a BAC of .290 percent.
James Allen Thomas Jr., 32, of 243 Monkey Hollow Road, New Freeport, charged with DUI and seven summary violations; arrested Oct. 31, he had a BAC of .232 percent.
James William Morrow IV, 47, of 903 Narrows Road, Labelle, charged with DUI and three summary violations; arrested Jan. 17, he had a BAC of .088 percent.
Shelby Lynn Wise, 20, of 142 Pigeon Run Road, New Freeport, charged with simple assault and harassment; on March 18, she struck a man with a club in the arm and face at 100 Barnhart Lane, New Freeport. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn. Wise also was required to pay $5,120.26 to the state Victims Compensation Assistance Program.
Stanley Scott Rice, 32, of 110 Tower Road, Holbrook, charged with DUI and six summary violations; arrested Oct. 31, following a single-vehicle crash, he had a BAC of .222 percent.
