Kayle M. Jarvis, 25, 414 W. Fifth St., Erie; false reports; charged Sept. 24; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program and 100 hours of community service.
Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas:
Jamaal Greene, 18, 133 Jollick Manor, Washington; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Feb. 7; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Michael Grimes, 56, 432 Monongahela Ave., North Charleroi; resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension and false identification to law enforcement; charged Nov. 11; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail and 24 months of probation.
Robert B. Scaff Jr., 19, 336 Valley St., McDonald; criminal mischief; charged Dec. 4, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Sabrina Hancock, 27, 1938 Smith Township State Road, Slovan; delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and retail theft; charged June 5; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months of electric home monitoring, 24 months of probation and no contact with any Wine & Spirits Store.
Leah N. Thompson, 27, 612 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 11, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
David S. Conway, 28, 124 Cecil Henderson Road, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged March 28, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Christine M. Cain, 28, 105 Conklin Road, Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 8, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Doris J. Arnold, 32, 1750 Blosser Lane, Follansbee, W.Va.; retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 30; sentence – 24 months of probation and no contact with Rite Aid.
Raquel R. Bryner, 24, 256 Lacock St., Washington; simple possession; charged March 23, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Natasha M. Still, 29, 1 Juniper St., Ellsworth; simple possession; charged Aug. 25; sentence – 6 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.
Michael L. Namit, 45, 195 Grove Ave., Washington; driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and driving without a license; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 1 to 5 years in jail and a $3,000 fine.
Terry L. Newton Jr., 26, 304 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; prohibited offensive weapons, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 26, 2013; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail and 12 months of probation.
Michael Treece, 21, 644 5th St., Donora; theft; charged July 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.
Tyler A. Lash, 20, 720 Ewing St., Washington; simple assault and criminal mischief; charged July 8; sentence – 18 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.
Linsey R. Williams, 28, 27 Hi-View Lane, Finleyville; retail theft; charged Sept. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation, $250 fine, 25 hours of community service, restitution and no contact with Family Dollar or 7-Eleven.
