Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:

Karen A. Hibler, 48, 232 Grace Ave., Canonsburg; simple assault and recklessly endangering another person; charged July 6, 2014; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Blaise M. Szekeres, 35, 128 Wood St., California; simple assault and criminal mischief; charged April 9, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 11.5 months on electronic home monitoring and 12 months of probation.

Appearing before Judge Michael J. Lucas were:

Danny Sergeon, 19, 296 McKee Road, North Versailles; simple assault; charged Feb. 29; sentence – six to 23 months in jail, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victims.

Casey J. Sherman, 25, 155 North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown; aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats and false imprisonment; charged Dec. 8; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail, 28 months of probation, 175 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Anthony W. McPoyle, 22, 625 Nimitz Road, Dover, Del.; harassment; charged Oct. 2, 2014; sentence – $300 fine.

Patrick L. Parkman, 24, 306 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; burglary and resisting arrest; charged July 20; sentence – 1 to 2 years in jail and 12 months of probation.

Rachel N. Acton, 27, 445 Bow St., Stockdale; possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft; charged March 14; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Dollar General.

Ryan L. Wallace, 28, 176 May Ave., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Thomas Wormsley, 46, 212 Main St., Monongahelia; access device fraud; charged Oct. 22; sentence -24 months of probation, restitution and no contact with victim.

Antonio J. Beard, 33, 6753 State Road, Parma, Ohio; criminal mischief; charged July 7; sentence – two years in the intermediate punishment program and no contact with victim.

Jeremy M. Fritz, 25, of Roscoe; resisting arrest and simple assault; charged Jan. 3; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Admitted to the ARD program for 12 months for a first offense of DUI was Kathyrine S. Glasser, 52, 1433 Lattidome Drive, Pittsburgh.

Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Elizabeth J. Cramer, 30, 206 Main St., Vanderbilt; retail theft; charged June 2; sentence – 23 months of probation, restitution, 100 hours of community service and no contact with any Kohl’s store.

Sarah C. Vincenti, 21, 12 Top St., McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 6; sentence -12 months of probation and 25 hours of community service.

Gary L. Miles, 44, 5272 Dearborne Ave., Pittsburgh; theft by unlawful taking; charged May 30, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

Jessica I. Lenkey, 25, 1015 Water St., Brownsville; flight to avoid apprehension; charged April 23, 2015; sentence – 23 months of probation.

Dustin D. Spohn, 36, 615 Second St., Fairbanks; retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Oct. 23; sentence – 18 months of probation and no contact with Sears.

Terri L. Black, 50, 114 Long St., Rices Landing; retail theft; charged Dec. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Natasha L. Carpenter, 30, 123 W. Walnut St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 10, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Andre L. Gray, 29, of Canonsburg; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation.
