Theft report: Christopher M. Montgomery, 30, of 257 Brookside Ave., Washington, is charged by state police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole a computer tablet worth $140 and a tattoo gun and kit valued at $75 from his brother, Eric McCartney, about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 14, 2015, from McCartney’s residence at 184 Laurie Lane, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins sent Montgomery to Washington County jail Tuesday on $25,000 bond.

Theft case: Sarra D. Ealy, 24, of 35 Poverty Point Road, Donegal Township, is charged by borough police with theft, identity theft and access device fraud over accusations she stole two business checks from Jerome Wisniewski’s home on Astrid Street May 16 and used them to steal $495.99 from his bank account, court records indicate. District Judge Curtis Thompson issued the charges in a summons Tuesday.

Theft report: Michael J. Flament, 29, of 302 Washington Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft and receiving stolen property over allegations he stole two checks from Karen Flament at their home about 2 p.m. June 12 and used them to steal $200 from her bank account, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins returned Flament, who has been in custody on other charges, to Washington County jail Wednesday on $25,000 bond.

Hindering alleged: Jane C. Elles, 23, of Charleroi is charged by Charleroi Regional police with hindering apprehension over allegations she sheltered Sean Perry, 25, at 108 Pennsylvania Ave., Speers, on several occasions knowing he was wanted on charges he possessed brass knuckles during a May 26 traffic stop, court records show. Both turned themselves in Wednesday to face the charges before District Judge Larry Hopkins, who released them on unsecured bond.

Social media leads to charges: Kristy L. Clutter, 38, of 550 Beham Ridge Road in Donegal Township is charged by state police with furnishing alcohol to minors and corruption of minors over allegations she gave two underage girls wine coolers to drink at her home Jan. 29, court records show. Police were notified about the alleged incident after one of the girl’s relatives saw a photo of them on social media showing them drinking and she showed it to the girl’s mother. District Judge Larry Hopkins sent Clutter to Washington County jail Tuesday on $25,000 bond. She was released the following morning after posting bond.

Heroin charges: Chad M. Stitch, 33, of 419 Oneida St., Monessen, is charged by city police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug delivery, drug possession and receiving stolen property over allegations he traded 11 stamp bags of heroin for a large screen television about 4 p.m. June 19, court records show. The charges were filed Wednesday before District Judge Joseph Dalfonso. Jason M. Lowther, 35, of 411 Fourth St., Monessen, is charged in the case with conspiracy, theft, receiving stolen property, giving a false report to police and drug possession over accusations he stole the television from his mother and encouraged two others to give it to Stitch in exchange for the heroin, police stated in court records. Dalfonso sent Lowther to Westmoreland County jail Wednesday on $20,000 bond.

Possession charges: Adrian Tyler, 20, of 106 McCormick Ave., Bentleyville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for speeding early Wednesday morning near Hamilton and Maiden streets. According to North Franklin police, Tyler had seven grams of suspected marijuana in his vehicle. Charges were filed with District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Harassment charge: Christopher Richards, 31, of 89 Steward Ave., Washington, was cited for harassment for allegedly striking Heather Earlywine in their home Tuesday. Washington County adult probation filed a probation detainer against Richards.

Trespass charge: Joshua D. Ralston, 33, of 803 Ewing St., Washington, was cited for criminal trespass for allegedly sleeping in the Crossroads parking garage Monday night. Police said he was found stuck in the elevator Tuesday morning and freed by Washington firefighters. Later that day, Ralston allegedly yelled and swore at members of the fire department while in Shop ‘n Save on West Beau Street. He was cited for disorderly conduct.

Office robbed: Employees of Tri County Urology, 400 Locust Ave., reported someone broke into the office Monday night or Tuesday morning. According to the report, boxes were knocked over and a footprint was found on a desk beside a high window, although there were no signs of forced entry. Employees discovered $60 was stolen from a desk drawer. A prescription pad also might have been stolen.

Harassment charge: Nikki Robinson, 31, of 720 Ewing St., Washington, was cited for harassment for allegedly threatening her neighbor and spitting on him after a fight between neighborhood children Tuesday.
