Disorderly charges: Prenell Barner, 21, Tavon Crews, 23, and Demetrius Louis, 21, all of Donora, were charged with disorderly conduct following a traffic stop June 14 in the 200 block of Third Street, borough police said.

Daughter cited: Nicole Martinez, 34, of 129 1/2 Greenside Ave., Canonsburg, was cited by borough police for allegedly shoving her mother, Carol Martinez, same address, Wednesday inside their apartment. Nicole Martinez was taken to Canonsburg Hospital for a medical evaluation and released to her mother. An adult probation officer placed a detainer on Nicole Martinez. She will be charged with simple assault, harassment and resisting arrest.

Assault charge: Donald W. Adams, 46, of Canonsburg, was cited by state police after being picked up on Pike Street, Canonsburg, for public intoxication. According to the report, Adams was taken to Canonsburg Hospital, where he allegedly threatened an officer and refused commands to stop screaming and kicking. In addition to public intoxication, he was cited for terroristic threats, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Theft charge: Dina M. Greco, 28, of 420 Burns Lane, Ruffsdale, was charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property after a June 5 incident at Kmart, 780 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon.

Drunkenness charge: Richard A. Arbuckle, 29, of 8655 Noblestown Road, McDonald, was charged with retail theft and public drunkenness stemming from an incident in Walmart, 100 Sara Way, June 6.

Forgery charge: Jordan L. Yonkers, 28, of 915 Addison St., Webster, was charged with forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property after a June 9 incident at Kmart, 780 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon.

Burglary charge: Joshua J. Steele, 33, of 103 Plainview Ave., Belle Vernon, was charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief stemming from a June 11 incident at 497 Harmony Church Road, Belle Vernon. He also faces charges of criminal attempt to commit burglary and criminal mischief for a June 16 incident at 10 Franklin Drive, Belle Vernon.

Fleeing charge: Jacob R. Murphy, 20, of 128 Pine Run Church Road, Apollo, was charged with fleeing and eluding, recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence and reckless driving after a June 12 incident on Riverside Drive.

Endangerment charge: Joseph R. Muscenti, 30, of 2423 Osborne St., Wyano, was charged with endangering the welfare of children and public drunkenness after an incident at Walmart, 100 Sara Way, June 18.

Deception charge: Gregory J. Dilts, 48, of 569 Woodmont St., East McKeesport, was charged with theft by deception and failure to perform home improvement services in connection with a June 21 incident at 1112 Rostraver Road.

Attempted theft alleged: Brandon J. Nicotra, 20, of 208 W. College St., Canonsburg, was placed in Washington County jail Thursday on multiple charges after an early morning incident at Walmart, Trinity Point. According to township police, Nicotra and a woman attempted to take a cart full of electronics and groceries before fleeing from the parking lot. A short time later, police spotted and stopped the vehicle in Canonsburg. The license plate on Nicotra’s vehicle was previously reported stolen from the Canonsburg area. The plate was confiscated and Nicotra was arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins and placed in jail on $25,000 bond. He faces charges of unauthorized use of a registration plate, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license, driving an unininsured vehicle, retail theft, reckless driving and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arson charge: Glenn Robert Conklin, 43, of 633 N. Franklin St., Washington, was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger Wednesday on charges of arson and filing a false insurance claim. According to the complaint, a state fire marshal investigated a Dec. 13 fire in Conklin’s garage and found it was not accidental. Conklin allegedly gave inconsistent statements about cooking on a grill in the garage. He was released on $25,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled before Redlinger July 6.

Forgery charge: Jonathan Lee Logan, 44, of Steubenville, Ohio, was charged Wednesday by state police with forgery, two counts of theft and bad checks following an incident that happened March 16. Police said Logan allegedly used a fraudulent check valued at $481.52 to purchase equipment at CGI Industry in Washington. The next day, Logan allegedly went to the company’s Waynesburg location and used another fraudulent check for $285, police said. When the store’s manager contacted United Bank, police said, the bank did not have any information on Logan.

Gambling citation: Fifty Yard Line Sports Pub, 105 Henderson Ave., was cited by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control for possessing or operating gambling devices and noise heard beyond the property line May 10.

Drug charges: Jahleel A. Kimbo, 22, of 75 Angle St., Washington, was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger Tuesday in connection with a state police operation in which Kimbo allegedly sold 0.16 grams of heroin to an informant April 22. He faces charges of possession with intent to deliver, conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on $10,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 11 before Redlinger.

Bike stolen: Allen Bruce of 706 1/2 Ewing St. reported to police a children’s mountain bike was stolen from his porch Wednesday.

Disorderly charge: Josh Ralston, 33, of 803 Ewing Street, was cited for disorderly conduct by Washington police for allegedly attempting to get into vehicles as they passed him on Ridge Avenue Wednesday.
