Rush-hour wreck

Traffic was delayed in North Strabane Township around 5 p.m. Thursday because of a four-vehicle accident at Morganza and McClelland roads.

According to North Strabane police Sgt. Dave Richards, a driver traveling south on Morganza made a left onto McClelland into oncoming traffic. He was hit by a motorist traveling north, causing a chain reaction. No one was injured.

Crews took about an hour to clean up the wreck.

Personnel from the Canonsburg police and North Strabane fire departments assisted.
