A Bulger woman was killed and another person was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday on Route 22 in Robinson Township.

Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said Patricia Irene Dailey, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:33 a.m.

State police said Dailey and another occupant of the 2012 Chevrolet Malibu, Leah M. Scott, 30, of Langeloth, were ejected from the car onto the roadway after it crashed into a concrete bridge support about 1 a.m.

The car was traveling west in the eastbound lanes before it traveled off the road and struck concrete supporting the Bavington overpass, police said.

Scott was flown to an area hospital, police said. A ruling on the cause of Dailey’s death was pending, Warco said.

It was not immediately known who was driving the car.

Assisting at the scene were McDonald and Midway fire departments, Fort Cherry Ambulance and Smith Township police.
