Keith Koury of Greensboro, left, and Kati Sill of Halethorpe, Md., had a hard time deciding which chili would get their votes for People’s Choice during Saturday’s 7th annual Chili Competition at the Greensboro Fire Hall. Greensboro resident Rita Gionfriddo beat five other competitors to take both the Judges’ and People’s Choice awards for her chili during the competition that is a yearly fundraiser for the Nathanael Greene Community Development Corporation.

Ramona Mills, the pharmacy services coordinator for Cornerstone Care, was serving up more than good chili at the competition.
