Three arrested on drug charges after Rostraver raid
BELLE VERNON – Two Mon Valley residents and a Pittsburgh woman were arrested Wednesday after police raided a Rostraver Township home and found drugs and paraphernalia.
Arrested by Rostraver police were: Mark E. Dolfi, 48, who lives at the home at 211 Liberty Ave.; Jennifer L. Patterson, 31, of Pittsburgh; and Eugene Davis, 44, of Donora.
Rostraver police, along with agents from the state attorney general’s office and the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force, raided the home as part of an ongoing drug investigation, the criminal affidavit states.
Police found narcotics throughout the home, along with paraphernalia, including empty heroin stamp bags, a scale, used needles and crack pipes, according to court documents. Found in the basement were 17 grams of crack, almost 8 grams of cocaine, a stamp bag of heroin and a small amount of marijuana. Found in Dolfi’s bedroom were two Fentanyl patches, 2.5 grams of crack, a small amount of marijuana and nine Roxicet pills.
Rostraver police Chief Greg Resetar said the arrests followed a lengthy investigation that produced enough evidence to obtain a warrant to search the house.
Dolfi and Davis face charges of possession, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy
Patterson, who police said had nine Suboxone pills and a crack pipe in her purse, faces charges of drug possession and possession of paraphernalia.
Dolfi and Davis are in Westmoreland County Jail on $50,000 bond set by District Judge Charles Christner. Patterson is in jail on $25,000 bond.
