Trucker charged: Hazim Guster, 37, of Wetherfield, Conn., was cited for falsifying his logbook by Canonsburg police after he claimed he was sleeping in the bunk of his rig Wednesday when he was actually unloading his truck at a West Pike Street store. He was stopped after he was spotted on South Jefferson Avenue at Elm Street.

Liquor violation: The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the operators of First Niagara Pavilion, Route 18, Hanover, on March 11 with failing to have the board-approved manager complete required training within 180 days of the board’s approval of the appointment.

Man wanted: Kevin James Lisovich, 51, of 302 Rostraver Road, Rostraver Township, was charged Tuesday by borough police with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle, court records show. Lisovich is accused of stealing a vehicle owned by Mary Habel from 612 Broad Ave. about 6:15 p.m. Feb. 29.

Victim intimidation: Allen Coburn Jr., 18, of 108 Terrace St., McDonald, was arrested Wednesday by McDonald police on charges of retaliation against victim, harassment and disorderly conduct. He is accused of threatening a Robinson couple on Facebook with the intent of intimidating them as victims in an ongoing case. He has been charged with burglarizing her home. He was arraigned before District Judge Traci McDonald and placed in Washington County jail on $7,500 bond.

Paraphernalia charge: Christopher Joseph Scagline, 26, of 504 Park Manor Road, Monessen, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a Feb. 27 incident at Walmart, 100 Sara Way. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Paraphernalia charge: Ann Fiorentini, 48, of 680 McCarrell Ave., Washington, was arrested Wednesday by Washington police on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found in a vehicle in the 10 block of West Wheeling Street with paraphernalia and a bag of prescription pills. Police received a complaint about an unconscious woman who had shot heroin. She was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond. Also facing a paraphernalia charge is Dennis Curry Jr., 31, who had addresses of Campbell Avenue and Locust Avenue, Washington.

Woman assaulted: Michael Breese, 22, of 425 Baird Ave., Washington, and Khadeejah Austin, 21, of Natrona Heights, will be charged by Washington police with simple assault. They are accused of assaulting Deja Smith, 20, of Maple Terrace, inside her home Wednesday. Smith told police Breese, her former boyfriend, came to get his belongings. She allowed him in and then they started arguing. He reportedly pushed Smith and grabbed her by the throat. Smith got away from him and then Austin allegedly punched her and scratched her. The two then fled. Charges will be sent by summons.
