District judges recertified
Two Washington County district judges have been recertified by the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts after completing a continuing education program.
Recertified were district judges Joshua Kanalis and Robert Redlinger. Kanalis hears cases from incidents in California, Centerville, Coal Center and West Brownsville boroughs and East Bethlehem Township. Redlinger hears cases from incidents in North Franklin Township and Washington.
