Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Christian K. Senegal, 43, Oakland, Calif.; promoting prostitution; charged Jan. 8; sentence – two years of probation.
Steven E. Kosol, 26, 46 Mowery Lane, Fredericktown; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 29; sentence – $300 fine.
Brad A. Tournay, 35, 102 Nobelstown Road, Midway; possession with intent to deliver; charged Dec. 3; sentence – three years of probation and 200 hours of community service.
Cody T. Nichols, 28, 734 Thompson Ave., Donora; retail theft; charged Nov. 30, 2014; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.
Joshua Marshman, 32, 168 North Ave., Washington; theft; charged July 14; sentence – three years of probation and no contact with Washington Park pool office.

Tso Calloway, 21, 1702 Hunters Ridge, Brownsville; cruelty to animals; charged July 11; sentence – 23 months of probation, $2000 fine, forfeit any animals in possession and 20 hours of community service.

Brandon L. Yocum, 19, 1027 Banetown Road, Washington; burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief; charged July 5; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electric home monitoring, 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service.
Joseph W. Zalin, 36, 700 Maytide St., Pittsburgh; retail theft; charged July 16; sentence – 90 days to six months in jail.
