FRANKLIN
Drug charges: John William Clark, 55, of 341 Third Ave., Waynesburg, was charged Tuesday by the Greene County Drug Task Force for allegedly selling a total of 4.61 grams of cocaine over three different days in August 2014. Investigators said a confidential informant met with Clark in the parking lot of a West Waynesburg bar in Franklin Township to purchase cocaine from Clark for $200. Clark was charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, three counts of delivery, three counts of possession and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Aggravated assault: Eric D. Morris, 21, of 332 3rd Street, Mather, was charged Wednesday by state police with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment for an incident that happened March 24 at WHS-Greene hospital. Police said Morris was being treated at the hospital in Franklin Township when he allegedly attacked a nurse and shoved her to the ground, causing a concussion.

Single-car crash: State police responded Monday afternoon to a single-vehicle crash on Carmichaels Road in Greene Township. Police reported that Bethany K. Headlee, 21, of Carmichaels, was driving northbound when her vehicle went off the road, struck a rock and a utility pole at 172 Carmichaels Road.
