Head-on crash near Pittsburgh kills man, injures two others

SEWICKLEY (AP) – Officials say a man is dead following a head-on collision on state Route 65 in suburban Pittsburgh.

The crash happened Sunday around 7 p.m. in Sewickley.

WPXI-TV reports investigators say a car driven by 27-year-old Scott Campbell of West Chester crossed over the double yellow lines into the other lane and collided with a van.

WTAE-TV reports Campbell died at an area hospital.

The conditions of two other people injured in the crash weren’t immediately available.

Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
