State police filed additional charges of child rape against a Morgan Township man arrested last month and accused of producing child pornography.

Eric J. Stull, 48, now faces 35 felony counts each of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and unlawful contact with a minor.

Police allege the molestations began when the girl was a toddler, and the abuse continued for nearly a decade.

According to court documents filed Monday afternoon at Visiting Senior District Judge Jesse Cramer’s office in Waynesburg, state police said they found 35 videos showing Stull molesting and raping the young girl between May 2006 and April 28.

The last file was dated one day before state police obtained a search warrant and raided Stull’s residence at 44 A St. in Teagarden Homes. Police said they found evidence during the search Stull was producing child pornography in his home and shared it on the Internet through file-sharing groups.

Troopers arrested him hours later while he was driving a work truck in the Waynesburg area, and he was placed in Greene County jail on $500,000 bond. During a May 5 preliminary hearing before District Judge Lee Watson, he was ordered to stand trial on two counts each of felony charges of filming a child engaged in a sex act, disseminating child sex acts, child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility, along with two misdemeanor charges of disseminating explicit material.

Police said they interviewed Stull’s accuser following the initial child pornography arrest, and she told them about the abuse.

Cramer arraigned Stull on the additional charges Monday and added another $250,000 to his bond. Stull also faces 31 felony counts of corruption of a minor.

Stull’s preliminary hearing before Cramer is set for 9:45 a.m. May 26.
