Court cases
Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Dino V. Locastro, 58, 411 Center Church Road, McMurray; disorderly conduct; charged Nov. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.
David Y. Ebron, 34, 1129 Arch St., Washington; simple assault; charged May 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and anger management classes.
Jessica L. McLaughlin, 38, 240 Sunset Boulevard, Washington; forgery and theft; charged May 31; sentence – three years of probation and restitution.
Joshua Joseph A. Shrader, 28, 124 Charles St., Washington; simple assault; charged June 11, 2015; sentence – 12 months probation and no contact with victim.
Ryan P. Vogt, 40, 1134 First St., Canonsburg; possession of weapon on school property; charged Dec. 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and must relinquish all firearms permanently.
Michael G. Steinstraw Jr., 30, 88 Rock Hollow Road, Claysville; driving without a license, flight to avoid apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 8; sentence – 23 months of intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12 month driver’s license suspension.

Ivan J. Perrin, 36, 52 Highland Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Oct. 22; sentence – six months of probation and a $500 fine.
Brian P. Slebonick, 33, 87 Wilson Ave., Cecil; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 21; sentence – five years of intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
Marcie A. Jurik, 29, 303 Laureen Drive, Belle Vernon; driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content above .02 with a suspended license; charged March 20; sentence – 30 days in jail, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Jordan P. Duhig, 23, 5855 Glen Ora Drive, Bethel Park; driving under the influence; charged Feb. 13; sentence -five years of intermediate punishment program, six months of electrnoic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
George R. Patterson, 50, 655 Henderson Ave., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged July 28, 2015; sentence – six months of intermediate punishment, 60 days of electronic home monitoring, $950 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
