Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Robert H. Campbell Jr., 61, 220 Duke St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged March 15; sentence – five years of intermediate punishment program, six months of electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Ralph J. Cox, 51, 762 Stone Hill Road, Rogersville; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged Dec. 18; sentence – 180 days in jail, five years of intermediate punishment program, $2,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Jeffrey A. Sickles, 34, 468 Fourth St., Donora; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged July 12, 2015; sentence – 90 days of intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 6 months of probation, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, $800 fine, 12-months driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
Christopher Bowman, 43, 1165 Bruce St., Washington; driving under the influence and driving without a license; charged June 5, 2015; sentence – 90 days of intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 60 days of probation, $1,300 fine and 100 hours of community service.
Raymond Crocker Jr., 54, 103 Grossman Lane, Slippery Rock; driving under the influence and recklessly endangering another person; charged Nov. 2; sentence – six months of intermediate punishment program, 12 months of probation, 10 days of electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.

Anderson, 35, 26 Covert St., Moundsville, W.Va.; driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility; charged Nov. 22, 2014; sentence – six months of intermediate punishment program, 30 days of electronic home monitoring, $600 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months ignition interlock device.
