CHARLEROI – A North Belle Vernon woman was charged Thursday with indecent exposure over allegations she urinated in a business entryway before appearing next door for a preliminary hearing in downtown Charleroi.

Charleroi Regional police also charged Breanne N. Schaum, 32, of 703 Henry St. with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct over claims she caused $50 in damage to a mat at the entrance to About Time, 414 Fallowfield Ave., court records state.

Schaum was later ordered by District Judge Larry Hopkins to stand trial for theft in Washington County Court. In that case she was accused of stealing a cellphone Oct. 11 from a resident of Char House, 251 Ninth St.

Roscoe, Elco, Stockdale and Allenport police also charged Schaum Thursday with possessing drug paraphernalia Wednesday at 504 Underwood Ave. in Roscoe while an officer was there taking a trespassing complaint.
