Car recovered: David Anthony Arkovich Jr., 30, of 6 Meadow St., Carroll Township, is charged by township police with unauthorized use of a car owned by his girlfriend, Tiffany Golas, about 11 p.m. Saturday, court records show. Police later recovered the car in Monongahela. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charge Tuesday in a summons.

Woman charged: Heather Lea Milligan, 40, of 62 Jones Lane, Carroll Township, is charged by Monongahela police with unsworn falsification and providing false statements for the sale or transfer of a firearm about 5:15 p.m. Aug. 2 at Lacy Firearms, 306 E. Main St., court records show. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges in a summons Tuesday.

Warrant signed: Dustin Walter Debolt, 31, of 16 Brookhaven Ave., South Franklin Township, is charged by state police with receiving stolen property over allegations he pawned jewelry that had been stolen in a burglary at his neighbor’s residence between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Nov. 7, court records show. District Judge Ethan Ward signed a warrant Tuesday for Debolt’s arrest. His alleged accomplice, Sara Donna Ealy, 25, also of 16 Brookhaven Ave., is charged with burglary. She was placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond set Wednesday by Ward.
