Decoration stolen: Jessie Orison, 1327 Main St., Burgettstown, told state police Sunday that a snowman was stolen from a Christmas display in her yard.

Warrant arrests: Randy Thomson, 26, of Bridgeville, and Shana Tokar, 26, of Carnegie, were taken into custody on outstanding warrants Saturday during a traffic stop by state police on North Central Avenue, Canonsburg police said. The two were wanted on drug-related charges filed by Mt. Oliver police in Allegheny County. The two were placed in Washington County jail.

Generator stolen: John Lombardo, 505 Cecil St., told Canonsburg police Friday a Mohawk generator was stolen from his property.

Assault arrest: Robert Storme Robinson, 25, of 25 Shannon Ave., Washington, was arrested by state police after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during a confrontation at her home on Bel Air Drive, Canton. The alleged victim told police that he slapped, punched and choked her. Robinson left the apartment before police arrived and was later found at his home. The woman went to Washington Hospital for treatment. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment and was placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Two charged: Christina Ann Scagline, 23, of 22 N. Main St., Cokeburg, and Lorrea Daniel Toler, 30, of 142 Washington St., Cokeburg, were arrested by state police stemming from a confrontation late Saturday at Toler’s home. Scagline is charged with simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief. She is accused of grabbing Toler by the neck, hitting her in the face and damaging her cellphone. Toler is also accused of grabbing Scagline by the neck and punching her. She is charged with simple assault and harassment. Both women were arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on a $5,000 percentage bond.

Woman assaulted: Tonya Conard faces charges of simple assault and harassment after she allegedly struck her sister in the face with her fist Sunday night at a home at 748 Crawford Road, state police said.

Threats, assault arrest: Cynthia Rose Lucy, 55, of 19 S. Main St., Ellsworth, was arrested Friday by state police on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after she allegedly assaulted her niece at Lucy’s home and threatened to kill her Friday. Lucy was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and released after posting $500 of a $5,000 percentage bond.

House burglarized: Nathaniel Brice, of Miner Ave., Fallowfield, told state police Nov. 20 that items were stolen during a burglary of his home.

Wheel taken: State police said the rear wheel of a vehicle parked at 60 Beeson Ave. was stolen Saturday night and replaced with another wheel with a bald, flat tire.

Weapons arrest: Jeffery Lee Carter, 29, of 169 Main St., New Eagle, was arrested Saturday by Monongahela police on charges of possession of firearm prohibited, driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, tampering with records and carrying a firearm without a license stemming from a traffic stop. Carter was initially seen by police in the lot of a convenience store. Police followed him as he passed two vehicles. He was pulled over and found to have a loaded revolver in the vehicle. Police said Carter is a convicted felon and should not have the weapon. He also refused to submit to blood testing after failing field sobriety tests. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on $30,000 bond.

Teen charged: A 17-year-old Washington boy was charged by North Franklin police in a juvenile allegation with theft and theft by deception for allegedly making multiple fraudulent transactions while working at Taco Bell, 1340 W. Chestnut St., earlier this month and stealing money.

Vehicles entered: North Franklin police said vehicles parked on Milbeck Drive were entered last week and items stolen. Kathleen DeFrancesco told police a pair of prescription sunglasses was stolen from a vehicle parked in her garage. Sarah Sismondo said cash, her purse, and headphones were stolen from her unlocked vehicle white it was parked in her driveway.

Theft charges: Carrie C. Zahn, 23, of 115 North Ave., Washington, will be charged by North Franklin police with two counts of retail theft after she allegedly stole items from Spencer’s and The Shoe Department at Washington Crown Center Saturday. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft, conspiracy arrest: Joshua Michael David, 32, of Washington, was arrested Friday on charges of theft, conspiracy and defiant trespass filed by state police in connection with a 2014 incident on Rainey Road, Somerset. He is accused of stealing tools and other items with three other people from ROC Services. He was arraigned before District Judge Robert Redlinger and placed in Washington County jail on a $10,000 percentage bond.

Vehicle damaged: Robert Heffman of Strabane told South Strabane police Saturday a man threw a rock at his vehicle, damaging it, while it was parked in the lot at Hampton Inn, Murtland Avenue.

Warrant arrest: Antonio C. Troutman, 27, of 451 Highfield Ave., Canonsburg, was taken into custody Wednesday by South Strabane police on bench warrants from Washington and Allegheny counties after he was apprehended for allegedly stealing items from Walmart, Trinity Point. Troutman was placed in Washington County jail on the warrants. He also will be charged with retail theft.

Business twice burglarized: The owner of Lombardi Automotive, 99 E. Maiden St., told Washington police his business was burglarized both Thursday and Friday. An undetermined quantity of tools were stolen in each burglary.

Assault reported: Washington police are investigating the report of a man who assaulted one man and chased the other with a shovel Sunday on Ewing Street. The culprit, known only as James, is accused of brandishing a weapon before punching Christopher Charnik of Washington and chasing William Berdine of Washington with a shovel. The alleged suspect then fled in a pickup truck.

Woman assaulted: Carrie Moreno of 1292 Donnan Ave., told Washington police that she was assaulted Saturday by her boyfriend, who reportedly hit her in the face with a door, shoved her down and choked her during a confrontation. Charges are pending against him, police said.

Warrant arrest: Steven Harper, 52, of 190 Hayes Ave., Washington, was taken into custody Friday on bench warrants from Washington and Greene counties after he allegedly stole an item from Shop ‘n Save, West Beau Street. He was placed in Washington County jail on the warrants and will be charged with retail theft.

Possession charge: A charge of furnishing/possessing drug-free urine has been filed against Regina Hunnell, 43, of 225 Laurie Lane, Washington. According to an affidavit of probable cause, Washington County adult probation officer Heather Testa contacted county Sheriff’s Deputy Ronald L. Catrain Jr. about a woman – whom she identified as Hunnell and who was subject to random drug screenings – possessing a vial containing suspected drug-free urine.
