Burglary charge: Cory Adam Rose, 26, of 640 E. Main St., Monongahela, was charged Wednesday by Southwest Regional police with burglary and harassment stemming from an Oct. 7 incident at 706 Grant St., Belle Vernon. The charges were filed at the office of District Judge Richard Kasunic.

DUI, drug charges: Connor Eugene Lisbon, 18, of Pittsburgh, will be charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia and underage drinking stemming from an Oct. 8 traffic stop by California police at Green and Fifth streets. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis.

Assault charges: William Summers, 35, of 250 N. Central Ave., Canonsburg, was arrested Saturday by Canonsburg police on charges of simple assault and false imprisonment for allegedly assaulting Victoria Brock and refusing to let her leave her home. Brock told police that she managed to break free, climb through a window and call 911. Police found Summers sitting on a couch in the residence. Brock was treated at the scene. Police also had been called to the home Friday night when Summers allegedly kicked in the door of the home. Summers was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and placed in Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.

Assault arrest: Derek A. Zuzek, 25, of 415 N. Jefferson Ave., Canonsburg, was arrested Sunday by Canonsburg police on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly hit his girlfriend, India Price, in the face during a confrontation at their home. He was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and released on $2,500 unsecured bond.

Vehicle damaged: Bernard Price of 615 Highland Ave. told Canonsburg police Sunday that teens in a sport utility vehicle threw a full can of soft drink at his pickup truck while it was parked outside his home, damaging the hood and windshield.

Rock thrown: Efram Colon of Lancaster told Canonsburg police that the windshield of his vehicle was damaged when a rock was thrown at it as he drove Saturday near the intersection of Ridge Avenue and North Street.

PFA violation alleged: Adrian J. Schoch Sr., 78, of Allison, Fayette County, was arrested Friday by state police for allegedly violating a protection-from-abuse order last week at 40 Arch St. in Centerville. He was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and released.

Warrant arrest: Sabrina Santoro, 26, of 459 Spring St., Richeyville, was arrested Friday on a warrant obtained by Charleroi Regional police on charges of possession of two stamp bags of heroin and paraphernalia stemming from a May 17 traffic stop in the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue. She was taken into custody at the time on a Westmoreland County warrant. She was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and released on her own recognizance.

Wanted man captured: Anthony Lamont Wofford, 27, who is homeless, is charged by city police with marijuana possession and giving officers a false identity after he was taken into custody during a traffic stop about 1 a.m. Saturday at Route 906 and Riverview Drive, court records show. Police said Wofford was identified by his fingerprints and wanted at the time by U.S. marshals in Allegheny County for failure to appear in court on firearms charges. He is in Westmoreland County jail on $5,000 bond set by District Judge L. Anthony Bompiani.

Assault alleged: Michael Smith, 58, of 528 10th St., Monessen, is charged by city police with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault over allegations he shoved Stacey Nicholas down a flight of five steps near his residence about 5:15 a.m. Monday, court records show. Nicholas suffered head injuries and was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. Smith is free on $5,000 unsecured bond set by District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Assault alleged: Joseph C. Mincone, 39, of 399 Fell Street, North Belle Vernon, is charged by borough police with simple assault and harassment over allegations he pushed his wife, Casey, against a wall during an argument in their residence about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, court records show. Mincone is free on $1,000 unsecured bond set Monday by District Judge Charles Christner.

Woman charged: Johnna Longstreath, 44, of 475 Moon Road, Chartiers Township, is charged by township police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of five Alprazolam doses after officers were called to a disturbance about 8 p.m. Saturday at a Bob Evans, 1380 W. Chestnut St., court records show. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft alleged: Edward R. Tomayko, 33, of 100 Carr Lane, Rostraver Township, is charged by township police with stealing three checks from his parents and using them between Sept. 28 and Oct. 7 to withdraw $4,600 from their bank account, court records show. Tomayko is in Westmoreland County jail on $4,500 bond set last week by District Judge Charles Christner.

Woman charged: Michele Lynn Martin, 49, of 460 Matty Drive, Rostraver Township, is charged by Westmoreland County detectives with forgery and theft over accusations she deposited a check in July 2014 for $60,566 into her bank account when it was written out to K. Hovnanian Summit Homes, the contractor who built her house, court records show. District Judge Charles Christner issued the charges in a summons Friday.

Assault arrest: Alexander M. Krzywiecki, 22, of Coleman Road, McDonald, was arrested Saturday by Peters police on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment. He is accused of threatening to kill his uncle, Michael Harris, while he was staying with him at 503 Clubview Drive. He was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and placed in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond.

Man jailed: Charles Scott, 70, of 122 Church St., Washington, is charged by city police with simple assault and criminal mischief over accusations he dented a woman’s vehicle after unsuccessfully attempting to open its doors while it was stopped in the 10 block of East Chestnut Street about 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24, court records show. Scott is in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set Monday by District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Harassment alleged: Tajuan D. Harris, 32, of 115 Maple Terrace, was charged by Washington police with harassment after he allegedly hit Deena Frohnmofer, also of 115 Maple Terrace, with his elbow during a confrontation Saturday at their home.

Tires slashed: Holly Ashmore of 1170 Summerlea Ave. told Washington police Sunday the tires on her vehicle were slashed, the driver’s door was damaged and an attempt was made to break the windshield while the vehicle was parked near her home.

Two face charges: Michelle Smith, 35, of 115 Jollick Manor, Washington, and Darren Partizotti, 48, of 440 E. Chestnut St., Washington,. will be charged with harassment in connection with a physical confrontation Saturday.

Disorderly charge: Nicole M. Walters, 28, of 57 Third St., Atlasburg, will be charged by Washington police with disorderly conduct after she allegedly took drugs in a bathroom at McDonald’s, 999 Jefferson Ave., Friday, using a spoon she borrowed from the restaurant.

Three charged: City police Monday filed charges of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia against: Bradley Smith, 43, of 15 N. Main St., Washington; Tara Johnson, 38, of 95 Hayes Ave., Washington; and Jesse Mark Schoedel, 31, of 443 Fourth Ave., New Eagle, court records show. Police allege officers seized several stamp bags of heroin and Nalaxone strips from the suspects after receiving a report they were using drugs in a vehicle parked in the Citizen Library lot behind 555 College St. about 9:45 a.m. Oct. 5. Police filed the charges Monday before District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Theft arrest: Kimberly E. McManus, 45, of Morgantown, W.Va., was arrested on a warrant obtained by state police on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. She is accused of writing checks totalling $14,052.20 to herself without permission when she was supposed to be paying her grandmother’s bills. Police were contacted by an Area Agency on Aging caseworker after it was learned the elderly woman’s utilities were to be cut off at her West Pike Run home. The elderly woman now lives in a nursing home. McManus was arraigned Friday before District Judge James Ellis and released from Washington County jail after posting $2,500 bond.
