DUI arrest: Erin Bell, 36, no address given, was arrested Oct. 2 on Bobby Vinton Boulevard for suspicion of driving under the influence, state police said. Bell was stopped for a traffic violation, and police allege she displayed signs of impairment. Blood results are pending.

Theft from construction site: State police said two construction sites were vandalized sometime between Oct. 7 and Oct. 8. A 12-volt pump and equipment batteries were stolen from a site at 226 Pittsburgh Road, and equipment was stolen from a site at Ridge Road, police said.
