Police beat Sept. 22
Drinking charges: Andrew Greco, 19, of Washington, and Nicholas Setto, 19, of Washington, were cited for underage drinking and public drunkenness in connection with a Sept. 18 incident at Second and Green streets.
Threats alleged: Lamont Dorielle Byrd, 57, of 1133 McMahon Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct over allegations he repeatedly called a resident Monday and threatened to kill his son and his son’s girlfriend while accusing them of stealing a brick of heroin from Byrd’s residence, court records show. District Judge Joseph Dalfonso signed a warrant Tuesday for Byrd’s arrest.
Theft charge: Brian K. Allen, 25, of 200 Baltimore Ave., was charged Wednesday with receiving stolen property and theft by township police. According to the report, Rhonda Morris reported a television was stolen from her house Aug. 26. She later found it in a Washington pawn shop, where police said records indicate Allen sold it. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Theft reported: Paramount Construction Services reported Tuesday tools were stolen from a construction site at 3528 Washington Road. Value of the stolen tools was not disclosed.
Woman cited: Kristen Colbert, 32, of Lawrence was charged with retail theft Tuesday for allegedly stealing $125 worth of items from Giant Eagle at Donaldsons Crossroads.
Assault charge: Loenell J. Howze, 33, of 2100 Beaver St., McKeesport, was charged with simple assault, harassment and two counts of criminal mischief for an incident Sept. 15 at Rostraver Apartments. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Drug charges: Joseph H. Feick, 28, of 756 Bull Run Road, Brownsville, was charged with fleeing police, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with a Sept. 6 incident at Tri-County Plaza. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Theft charges: Danielle L. Higinbotham, 23, of 620 Church St., Brownsville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of retail theft for a Sept. 6 incident at Tri-County Plaza. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Trespass charge: Monicca R. Lee, 47, of 350 Zundel St., Pricedale, was charged with retail theft and criminal trespass in connection with an incident Sept. 15 in Walmart, 100 Sara Way, Belle Vernon. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Theft charges: Brett M. Toman, 43, of 454 Reed Ave., Monessen, was charged with criminal mischief and eight counts of retail theft for allegedly stealing from Walmart, 100 Sara Way, Belle Vernon, on eight occasions from June 27 to Sept. 4. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Assault charge: Samuel S. Heaton, 20, of 331 Ohio St., Belle Vernon, was charged with simple assault and harassment for an incident Sept. 9 at his residence. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Theft charge: Diane M. Churchill, 53, of 781 Cassidy Ave., Monongahela, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property in connection with an incident Sept. 16 at Walmart, 100 Sara Way, Belle Vernon. Charges will be filed in the office of District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.
Possession charges: Kelley J. Katko, 27, of 281 Locust Ave., Washington, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia Tuesday. According to Washington police, Katko had four full stamp bags of suspected heroin, four syringes and 81 empty stamp bags when she was approached by police in the 300 block of East Maiden Street. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
Mower stolen: A woman who lives in the 700 block of Duncan Avenue reported to Washington police a red Troy-Bilt push mower was stolen from her garage around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
Man jailed: William J. King, 47, of 177 E. Wylie Ave., Washington, was charged Tuesday with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having four empty stamp bags and a syringe during a probation compliance check Sept. 13 at a house on Maple Avenue. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.
