Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:
Royce Yannacci, 60, 135 Lincoln St., Cokeburg; habitual offenders; charged Aug. 7, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Christopher Amon, 38, 114 ½ Wylie Ave., Strabane; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 5, 2014; sentence – three years in the intermediate punishment program and one month on electronic home monitoring.
Michael B. Borkowski, 37, 406 Hunting Creek Road, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Oct. 6, 2016; sentence -12 months of probation and no contact with Isaly’s.
Randall L. Bell, 24, 700 N. Main St., Houston; simple assault, criminal mischief and loitering and prowling; charged Oct. 29; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims and 219 and 221 School Hill Road.
Kali J. Rubino, 26, of Charleroi; three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 18, and Sept. 25, 2015, and Jan. 6, 2016; sentence – 18 months of probation.
Benjamin W. Burgess, 33, 426 Houston St., Washington; criminal trespass, criminal mischief and resisting arrest; a burglary charge was dismissed; charged Dec. 12; sentence – three years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims and 132 Elizabeth St.
Kaci L. Coffman, 23, 40 Manor Drive, Bulger; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 24; sentence – six months of probation.
Thomas Hiles, 35, 903 Watson St., Pittsburgh; disorderly conduct; charged April 29; sentence – six to 12 months in jail and no contact with The Meadows Casino.
James N. Shipman, 36, 645 Old Brick Road, West Alexander; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 18, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Stone Jr., 55, 50 Primrose Road, McDonald; driving under the influence and driving under suspension; charged Aug. 17, 2015; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $2,000 fine, 30-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock and 100 hours of community service.
Dorothy A. Summers, 40, 414 Washington Ave., Apt. A, Charleroi; criminal trespass, burglary and theft; charged June 29, Aug. 7 and 8, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 23 months in a restrictive treatment program, no contact with victims and 100 hours of community service.
Dean A. Brooks, 27, 3 Antil St., McDonald; possession with intent to deliver; charged Feb. 1, 2016; sentence – no less than 3 months to no more than 23 months in jail.
Tyler D. Dillon, 20, 300 Lackawanna Ave., Bentleyville; driving under the influence; charged June 23, 2016; sentence – 72 hours to six months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.
Kimberly A. Hamm, 34, 114 Fifth St., Clarksville; driving under the influence; charged June 26, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock.
