Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on crininal charges. Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Julian P. Clements, 27, 155 Lawrence Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged July 17; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Karen Y. Quarture, 53, 160 Charles St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 9; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Rex J. Gabrielson, 65, 128 Oak Spring Road, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 31; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kassi R. Kelley, 29, 436 Georgetown Road, Lawrence; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 25; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Adam J. Kosek, 24, 122 Holly Drive, Houston; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 5; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Brady A. Laurine, 22, 18 Burgh Lane, Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Norman Thorpe, 43, 40 Rosewood Drive, Charleroi; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Oct. 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days on electronic home monitoring, $500 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Robert S. Planitzer, 36, 1506 Blossom Hill Road, Pittsburgh; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 8; sentence – six months of probation and $300 fine.

Nicholas A. Guta, 36, 128 Main St., Apt. 2, Bentleyville; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Sept. 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Courtney R. Dixon, 24, 690 Buena Vista St., Washington; false identification to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.

James Kinder, 61, 48 Creek Lane Road, Burgettstown; driving while license is suspended or revoked, recklessly endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude officers; charged July 9; sentence – 12 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring and $500 fine.

Marie E. Boger, 46, 954 Narrows Road, Labelle; atempted theft; charged June 13; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victim.

Frankie L. Yarbrough, 42, 634 Euclid Ave., Canonsburg; two counts of driving under the influence and operating without an ignition interlock device; charged Sept. 25, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days in jail, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $2,250 fine, 24-month driver’s license suspension and 24 months of ignition interlock device.

Charles L. Bell, 51, of Uniontown; two counts of robbery; charged April 4, 2016; sentence – 9 to 18 years in jail, restitution and no contact with Sunoco and Burger King.

Steven P. Bruno, 32, 525 Third St., Waynesburg; driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 24; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, 12 months of probation, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Thomas E. Bulko, 35, 194 Donora Road, Monongahela; driving under the influence; charged June 7, 2015; sentence – 10 days to six months in jail, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kenneth M. Lazear, 24, 1075 Barr Run Road, Marianna; failure to comply with registration; charged Feb. 1, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program and no contact with any minor child.

Michael P. Meighen, 36, 950 Gabby Ave., Washington; driving under the influence; charged Aug. 1; sentence – 10 days to six months in jail and $1,000 fine.

Christina M. Morrison, 41, 101 Deer Path, Finleyville; driving under the influence; charged June 7; sentence – 7 days to six months in jail, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Steven A. Wallace, 31, 119 Greenside Ave., Canonsburg; driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Jan. 9, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 70 days in jail and $1,000 fine.

William A. Lane, 33, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; driving under the influence; charged June 12; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Jones II, 32, 332 ½ Beaver Ave., Aliquippa; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and simple possession; charged Feb. 8, 2016; sentence – 36 months in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring, 150 hours of community service, no contact with victim and three years of probation.

Mark A. Johnson, 58, 1126 Bruce St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged April 24, 2015; sentence – 364 to 728 days in jail.

Corey O. Brooks, 24, 247 Glenn Ave., Canonsburg; unsworn falsification to authorities; charged Sept. 28, 2015; sentence – two years of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Robert F. Abel, 40, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; terroristic threats; charged March 21, 2016; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program.

Amy Calvert, 36, 22 Ammons Lane, W. Alexander; retail theft and receiving stolen property; charged April 29, and May 11, 2016; sentence – two years of probation, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Kohl’s.

Danielle L. Higinbotham, 24, 620 Church St., Brownsville; retail theft; charged Aug. 14; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Walmart.

Zackary S. Cooper, 32, 215 W. McClain Road, Belle Vernon; retail theft; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Richard B. Neill, 29, 179 Linden Road, Canonsburg; theft; charged Sept. 2; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, five years of probation, restitution, 150 hours of community service and no contact with victim or codefendant.

Joyce E. Gibson, 56, 219 Millbridge St., Pittsburgh; false statement under penalty; charged Jan. 10, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Bradley S. Suba, 31, 16 Hemlock St., Ellsworth; criminal trespass, access device fraud and driving while license is suspended or revoked; charged Oct. 20, 2015; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, two years of probation, $200 fine, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Vaughn J. WIlson-Nichols, 23, 1247 Broadway St., E. McKeesport; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 16; sentence – $300 fine.

Clint D. Helmick, 53, 12 E. McNutt St., Houston; cruelty to animals; charged June 19; sentence – $150 fine.

Shane M. Dodd, 29, 444 Hoodridge Drive, Apt. D-2, Pittsburgh; person not to possess firearms; charged Sept. 14; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

Raymond S. Leytrick, 81, 191 Howard St., McDonald; disorderly conduct; charged April 24, 2016; sentence – 90 days of probation and $300 fine.

Meredith D. Allen, 37, 509 Fifth St., Langeloth; recklessly endangerment; charged Oct. 22; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, 50 hours of community service and no contact with victim.

The following recently appeared in Washington County Court for first offenses of driving under the influence and were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. If they successfully complete the program, they can petition the court to have their records expunged:
