• Action: County taxpayers will be providing $124,431 in local matching funds to the Washington County Transportation Authority for the 2017-18 fiscal year.
The county will request a performance grant from the state Department of Environmental Protection of approximately $4,100 for recycling.
State police Troop B headquarters in Eighty Four will be the recipient of the county’s donated Kubota tractor that is in need of repair.
At the request of the jail warden, inmate banking, software and commissary services will be handled by Keefe Supply Co. of Strongsville, Ohio, which will provide commissary items to inmates at a 40 percent commission through April 2022. The company will supply hardware and software at no charge.
