Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle:

Robert Thomas, 48, 1170 McCully Drive, Pittsburgh; retail theft, obstruction of justice, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license; charged April 14; sentence – one to 18 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $300 fine, restitution and no contact with Giant Eagle, Finleyville.

Cindy Lou Jacobs, 56, 412 Jackson Ave., West Brownsville; two counts of retail theft; charged Oct. 6, 2016, and Jan. 13; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 90 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, retail theft classes and no contact with Walmart, Brownsville.

Amanda N. Andrews, 22, 385 Jefferson Ave., Washington; two counts of simple assault; charged August 2, 2016, and April 26; sentence – 18 months of probation and anger management classes.

Kiersten Paige Puchi, 23, 118 S. McDonald St., Apt. 201, McDonald; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 5; sentence – six months of probation without verdict and 25 hours of community service.

Vernika Mitchell, 20, 2022 Wesley St., McKeesport; simple assault; charged March 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, anger management classes and no contact with victims.

Evelyn Rhone, 18, 423 California Road, Vulcan Village; simple assault; charged March 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, anger management classes and no contact with victims.

Mario Donald Broglia, 22, of Canonsburg; disorderly conduct; charged April 15; sentence – 12 months of probation, anger management classes and no contact with victim.

Brandi Lynn Byers, 35, 905 Fayette St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged January 14, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Jannell L. McAnulty, 23, 20 Gamble St., Finleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 23; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict and 25 hours of community service.

Jeremy Tyler Wagner, 22, 674 Venetia Road, Venetia; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 12; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Diana Lynne Rowland, 46, 521 California St., Statford, Conn.; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 25; sentence – six months of probation and a $300 fine.

Ryan Lee Duritza, 23, 301 Mary Lane, Canonsburg; driving under the influence; charged – December 23, 2016; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days in jail, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Lindsay N. Heuckeroth, 30, 426 Bebout Road, Venetia; driving under the influence; charged Jan. 19; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Anthony Lee Brown, 27, 407 W. Wayne St., Butler; driving under the influence; charged Dec. 31, 2016; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 10 days’ electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.
