Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Southwestern Pennsylvania

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Southwestern Pennsylvania until 9 p.m. Tuesday. Washington, Greene and Westmoreland counties are included in the watch.

The NWS said scattered severe thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon and evening.
