Work on South Fayette road to begin Monday
Improvement work on Battle Ridge Road in South Fayette Township will begin Monday, weather permitting.
Drainage work and milling operations will begin at 8 a.m. Monday on the section between Union Avenue and Sterling Drive and on the section from Union Avenue to Thoms Run Road. Drainage work will occur daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and milling operations from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday night. Traffic will be restricted to a single-lane controlled by flaggers.
Paving work will begin after Labor Day. Crews from A. Folino Construction Inc. will conduct the work.
