Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

Christopher M. Glass, 47, 1137 Bruce St., Washington; simple assault and corruption of minors; charged June 1, 2013; sentence – 11 ½ to 23 months in jail and five years of probation.

Corry James Woods, 20, 703 6th St., Marianna; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 11; sentence – six months of probation.

Jacob McCall Mikec, 37, 616 Bower Hill Road, Venetia; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 12, 2015; sentence – $300 fine and prohibited from purchasing a firearm.

Jennifer Renee McAnany, 27, 4 Cara Drive, Washington; driving under the influence and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 2, 2016, and July 3 and 19; sentence – six to 12 months in jail, 12 months of probation, $1,000 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Tanisha Thompson, 34, 6 E. Pike St., Canonsburg; retail theft; charged Sept. 6; sentence – $100 fine.

Kelley Jo Katko, 28, 9 Eagle St., Charleroi; access device fraud and possession of a controlled substance; charged June 5 and Aug. 31, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, restitution and no contact with LeMoyne Center.

Jessica J. Shearer, 32, 557 Cortland Drive, Finleyville; selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor; charged Oct. 1, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Baron Rodriguez, 39, 23 Watkins Ave., Donora; resisting arrest; charged Dec. 3, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Edward Theodore Sawicky III, 30, 108 Irenes Road, Jefferson; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 2; sentence – 12 months of probation.

William Robert Smith, 65, 605 Fallowfield Ave., Rear, Charleroi; defiant trespass; charged June 20; sentence – 12 months of probation, 25 hours of community service and no contact with Dollar General.

Jeremiah J. Vonfisher, 27, 217 Old West Road, Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license; charged July 12; sentence – 12 months of probation, $200 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Jeffrey Thomas Sebrosky, 63, 2007 Hillcrest Street, Bethel Park; simple possession and driving under the influence; charged Jan. 31; sentence – seven days in jail, 12 months of probation, six months in the intermediate punishment program, $300 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

William J. Yarbrough, 47, 312 N. Central Ave., Canonsburg; criminal mischief and disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 21, 2013; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with the victim.

Jonathan Estela-Rivera, 28, 417 Rostraver St., Monessen; retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged March 7; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Target.

Javarr Marcel Thomas, 22, 95 Summer Ave., Washington; fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle; charged May 18; sentence – two to 12 months in jail, $275 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Lorenzo Brian Lloyd, 31, 130 Hall Ave., Apt. 1, Washington; escape; charged Feb. 27; sentence – two days to 23 months in jail.

Brian A. Lowther, 39, 2 N. Main St., Greensburg; disorderly conduct; charged June 25; sentence – 12 months of probation and restitution.

David Allen Mooers, 31, 333 McMahon Ave., Apt. 4, Monessen; terroristic threats; charged March 9, 2015; sentence – 18 months in the intermediate punishment program, three months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with the victim.

Ryan Joseph Tyree, 27, 153 Center Ave., Burgettstown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Nov. 16, 2015; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Lewis Franklin Shuman III, 26, 1362 Henderson Ave., Washington; driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended vehicle registration and fleeing or attempting to elude an officer; charged Jan. 10; sentence – 30 days to six months in jail, 12 months of probation and $1,100 fine.

Melvin Len Gregg, 59, 15 Hastings Road, Fredericktown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 26, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Nicholas Macke Oberhaus, 23, 161 Trotwood Drive, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged June 10, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Gary Lee Fine Jr., 25, 1309 Main St., Bentleyville; simple assault; charged April 1; sentence – two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Zachary Jordan Miller, 23, 29 Sokols Hill Road, Fredericktown; driving under the influence; charged March 5; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension, 12 months of ignition interlock device and 50 hours of community service.

Allen E. Lepley, 38, 672 Ten Mile Road, Amity; disorderly conduct; charged March 9; sentence – 12 months of probation and prohibited from purchasing a firearm.

Aaron Howard Jeffries Jr., 37, 36 Maple St., Brownsville; theft; charged May 1, 2016; sentence – two years of probation, restitution, 25 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Shayla Sidney Chandler, 20, 52 Laurel Ave., Washington; harassment; charged Sept. 21, 2016; sentence – $100 fine.

Carl David Decker, 58, 541 Pike Run Drive, Apt. C, Daisytown; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 1, 2016; sentence – 12 months of probation and 50 hours of community service.

Christopher Darin Smittle, 34, 81 Valley View Road, Scenery Hill; forgery, simple possession, two counts of bad checks and two counts of retail theft; charged June 14, July 8 and 20 and 21, Sept. 22 and Oct. 11, 2016; sentence – three months to 23 months in jail, three years of probation, restitution and no contact with Route 40 Aggregates and Feed store, Giant Eagle and West Brownsville Walmart.

Brandan Price, 26, 252 North Ave., Washington; simple assault, resisting arrest, harassment and driving under the influence; charged Feb. 26; sentence – 48 hours to six months in jail, two years of probation, 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, restitution, $600 fine, 50 hours of community service and no contact with the victim.

Breean Schaeffer, 35, 5203 Stonecreek Lane, Washington; theft by failure to make required disposition; charged Feb. 7; sentence – restitution.

Yordy Sandoval, 21, 800 Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Charleroi; strangulation, simple assault and resisting arrest; charged March 28; sentence – six to 18 months in jail, two years of probation and no contact with the victim.

Samantha Lynn Norton, 19, 384 Hancock St., Washington, was admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for a first offense of driving under the influence. If she successfully completes the program, she can petition the court to have her record expunged.
