Business cited: The operator of Campy’s Pizza and Six Pack Shop, 151-153 Wood St., was cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, for allegedly failing to comply with a court order for employees to have responsible alcohol management training in August.
CANONSBURG
Cited for violations: The operators of the Labor Temple of Canonsburg, 15-17 S. Central Ave., were cited last week by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly failing to operate small games of chance properly, failing to maintain complete records, having an expired small games of chance license and selling beverages to nonmembers in September.

Driver hurt: Austin Hayes, 21, of Barnesville, Ohio, was injured when his pickup truck ran off Pleasant Grove Road just before 9 a.m. Monday, went down an embankment, overturned and struck a tree, state police said. Hayes, who had to be extricated from his vehicle by firefighters, was taken by helicopter to UPMC-Presbyterian hospital, Pittsburgh.

Liquor violation alleged: The operator of Hey Andy Restaurant and Lounge, 1233 Rear W. Main St., was cited Monday by the state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly failing to comply with a court order mandating that its employees undergo responsible alcohol management training in September and October.
