South Strabane police charge several with thefts
South Strabane Township police charged several people this week for allegedly stealing items from businesses in the township.
Michelle L. Duritsa, 39, of 118 Sheldon Ave., Fairchance, is charged with retail theft for allegedly steaming items valued at $284.23 from Walmart, Trinity Point, on Dec. 16.
Cheryl M. Livolsi, 44, of Tarentum, is charged with retail theft and defiant trespass. She is accused of stealing an item from Walmart on Nov. 3.
Della D. Crump, 43, and Jessica Lea Anesetti, 33, both of Pittsburgh, are charged with retail theft and conspiracy for allegedly stealing items valued at $472 from Walmart on Dec. 8.
Christi L. Miller, 37, of Uniontown, is charged with retail theft and possession of paraphernalia after she allegedly stole items valued at $229 from Lowe’s, Strabane Square, on Dec. 15. Police said she had syringes when she was apprehended.
All the charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Jay Weller.
