Water outage planned on Route 221 in Morgan Township

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority plans to shut off water Thursday in the Lippencott section of Morgan Township.

Crews will by working to upgrade the system from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Route 221 between the Greene County Country Club golf course and Happy Valley Road.

Customers may have low or no water pressure during this time and are encouraged to keep containers of water to help with the outage.
