- At the request of the Tax Revenue Department, the board approved a $240,386 contract with Pictometry International Corp. for digitally referenced oblique aerial imagery. The tax assessment, public safety and planning departments will use the images to update maps and mapping data.
The commissioners granted a 3 percent raise to the law firm Goldfarb, Posner, Beck, DeHaven and Drewitz as county solicitors, bringing the firm’s annual income to $138,423.
Cathy A. Chromulak will be solicitor for the controller’s office at a rate of $300 a month.
Attorneys Frank D. Magone and Bob Johnson will provide legal services at annual fees of $25,000 to assist the domestic relations office in establishing and enforcing support orders.
At the request of Recorder of Deeds Debbie Bardella, Kofile Preservation will be paid $98,840 to restore historic deed books.
The company has a state contract that does not require bidding.
At the request of the Children and Youth Services agency, the commissioners approved the purchase of two 2018 Dodge Caravans at a total cost of $45,136 from the agency’s operating budget.
At the request of the Parks Department, the commissioners agreed to purchase two Rocky Mountain restrooms for Mingo park at a cost of $75,280 from CXT Concrete Buildings. The cost will be paid from oil and gas lease proceeds.
