Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Among those appearing before Judge Gary Gilman were:

William Kokladas III, 19, 846 Ewing St., Washington; aggravated assault and possession of firearm prohibited; charged April 21, 2015; sentence – three to six years in jail, five years of probation, no contact with victim and restitution.

Brittany Matuck, 30, 342 13th St., Donora; retail theft; charged Sept. 8; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution and no contact with Walmart.

Justin Barfield, 33, 1030 Addison St., Apt. 2, Washington; flight to avoid apprehension and criminal trespass; charged Jan. 18 and May 21; sentence – three to 23 months in jail and three years of probation.

Sabrina R. Santoro, 26, 805 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 17 and June 19 ; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Steffon Seay, 25, 13907 S. Clark St., Apt. G52, Riverdale, Ill.; firearms not to be carried without a license, receiving stolen property and driving without a license; charged Oct. 14; sentence – one to two years in jail, 23 months of probation and $200 fine.

David J. Debold, 55, 333 Washington Ave., Charleroi; three counts of simple assault; charged June 19; sentence – 24 months of probation, no contact with victims and 100 hours of community service.

David A. Rice, 25, 34 Bowman Ave., Charleroi; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.

William Radocaj Jr., 36, 1024 Fleming St., Coraopolis; retail theft; charged Sept. 23; sentence – 23 months in the restrictive treatment program, restitution and banned from Home Depot.

Martin A. Moye, 31, 50L Bel Aire Drive, Washington; simple assault; charged Feb. 12; sentence – 15 days to 12 months in jail and no contact with victim.

Rebecca S. Moats, 32, 1519 Sugar Run Road, Venetia; simple assault; charged Sept. 26; sentence – 12 months of probation and anger management classes.

Robert J. Egler Jr., 31, 1001 Shady Ave., Charleroi; simple assault; charged Oct. 1; sentence – 12 months of probation, banned from Meadows Casino and anger management classes.

Faith D. Davis, 52, 706 Old West Road, Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 1; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Brandon Cohen, 19, 131 Maple Terrace, Washington; receiving stolen property; charged June 4; sentence – nine to 23 months in jail, no contact with codefendant and victim.

Shanah M. Chilzer, 19, 5427 Youngridge Drive, Apt. 18, Pittsburgh; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 13; sentence – 12 months of probation without verdict.

Leslie A. Wilson, 34, 1100 Chess St., Monongahela; simple assault and public drunkenness; charged July 24; sentence – 18 months of probation, $500 fine and no contact with victim.

Deborah L. Stansbury, 56, 591 Floral Hill Drive, Washington; defiant trespass; charged Oct. 10; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Amanda J. Redman, 34, 1997 Davidson Ave., Apt. 1-F, Bronx, N.Y.; promoting prostitution and possession of instrument of crime; charged Sept. 30; sentence – six months of probation.

George Paxon Jr., 37, 1245 Fourth St., Monongahela; statement under penalty; charged Feb. 16; sentence – 12 months of probation and 20 hours of community service.

Christopher M. Holiday, 21, 315 Hallam Ave., Washington; false identification to law enforcement officer; charged July 20; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Carrie A. Mattie, 45, 77 Broadway St., Allison; two counts of retail theft, simple assault and conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged April 30 and May 28; sentence – 24 months of probation and banned from Home Depot and Macy’s.

Alisha D. Crayne, 27, 204 Trout Drive, New Alexandria; simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 1; sentence 12 months of probation without verdict.

Nadalie R. Englert, 33, 166 Main St., New Eagle; driving under the influence; charged May 8; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

James B. Martin, 42, 2037 E. Grafton Road, Fairmont, W.Va.; DUI; charged Oct. 28, 2015; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 60 days on electronic home monitoring, $750 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Krystal E. Sporio, 30, 533 Finley St., Monongahela; DUI; charged March 28; sentence – six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Sheri D. Walters, 51, 165 Munntown Road, Eighty Four; DUI and driving while operating privilege is suspended; charged June 6; sentence – 40 days to six months in jail and $500 fine.

Colt D. Kovatch, 34, 1270 Henderson Ave., Washington; DUI; charged April 16; sentence – five years in the intermediate punishment program, six months on electronic home monitoring, $1,500 fine, 18-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Kevin Kapustynski, 47, 160 Locust Ave., Canonsburg; DUI; charged Dec. 31, 2015; sentence -six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

Stephen Mack, 57, 84 W. Wheeling St., Washington; DUI and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged June 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, six months in the intermediate punishment program, 30 days on electronic home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month driver’s license suspension and 12 months of ignition interlock device.

David J. Durbin, 27, 480 Broad St., Washington; DUI and driving while operating privilege is suspended; charged Nov. 20, 2015; sentence – six months of probation and $500 fine.

Michael S. Montgomery, 34, 221 S. College St., Apt. 2, Washington; DUI and driving while operating privileges are suspended; charged Feb. 21; sentence – 48 hours to six months in jail, $700 fine and 12-month driver’s license suspension.

Ryan D. Sebolt, 24, 105 Treehaven Road, Washington; three counts of robbery; charged May 12, 15 and 19; sentence – two to four years in jail, four years of probation and restitution.

Isaac M. Gonda, 35, 356 Burton Ave., Washington; terroristic threats; charged June 29, 2015; sentence – one to two years in jail.

Ronald J. Lyle Jr., 61, 314 E. Lincoln Ave., McDonald; simple assault and harassment; charged July 2; sentence – 18 months of probation.

Kenneth L. Pone, 34, 501 McKean Ave., Donora; possession of firearm prohibited and firearms not to be carried without a license; charged March 5; sentence – five to 10 years in jail and 10 years of probation.

Nathaniel Sele, 21, 101 Valleyview Drive, Canonsburg; robbery; charged Sept. 16, 2015; sentence – two to four years in jail, four years of probation, restitution and no contact with victims.

Lawrence J. Madison, 61, 2056 Main St., Cardale; receiving stolen property, possession of firearm prohibited and firearms not to be carried without a license; charged Jan. 27; sentence – five to 10 years in jail and restitution.

Devan L. Byrd, 20, 19 W. Pike St., Apt. 1, Houston; disorderly conduct and driving while license is suspended; charged Dec. 12, 2015; sentence – $500 fine.

Michael R. Treece, 21, 419 Second St., Apt. 1, Monongahela; corruption of minors and retail theft; charged April 6; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution, $300 fine, 50 hours of community service and no contact with Sheetz.

Joseph R. Taylor, 33, 109 Valley Hill Lane, Ruffsdale; retail theft; charged March 31; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, 12 months on electronic home monitoring, 100 hours of community service and no contact with Walmart.

Kevin A. Lindner, 45, 3783 Churchview Ext., Apt. C4, Pittsburgh; attempted theft; charged March 5; sentence – 23 months in the intermediate punishment program, nine months on electronic home monitoring and no contact with Days Inn.

Ashley N. Keen, 27, 396 Lively Road, Eighty Four; two counts of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 21 and April 4; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with Marshalls and Gabriels.

John W. Cumberledge, 38, 133 Dunn Station Road, Prosperity; simple possession, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged March 1; sentence – 180 days in jail, 24 months of probation and $500 fine.
